Location of the hotel is very good. Just a couple of minutes walk to the bus and ferry terminal, very near the main street where you can shop and get food.
Feels really cosy, breakfast spread was simple but good, a mixture of jap and western breakfast items. Love the free bar with Okinawa Awamori every night. They have free flow tea and water available all day. Laundry was easy to use and convenient. Love that they have bikes to rent for free up to 5 hours, a plus for people who cant drive, at least i could still ride around. It is also near a big family mart, super convenient. Will be back if coming back to Ishigaki again!

The biggest advantage of this hotel is its location—super convenient for getting around Naha. The entrance is beautifully designed, giving a great first impression. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, and the staff were friendly.
However, the room size was noticeably smaller compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at in the Naha area. The onsen was also quite small, and you have to bring your own towel from the room, which was a minor inconvenience.
If you’re particular about space and amenities, I’d recommend Consort Naha instead. But if you’re mainly looking for a well-located place to stay and don’t mind the compact rooms and facilities, this hotel does the job.

Hotel located between airport and bus station. Easy to move around. You can take airport shuttle to the bus station and walk to the hotel in less than 10 minutes. From the hotel, it is walking distance of 2 minutes to a bus stop that connects directly with everything, as well as Naha Kokusai Dori and Naminoue Shrine (beautiful sunset cliff temple). Around the hotel also plenty of izakaya and yakitori. I like the public hot bath (no sauna though). Breakfast is awesome too if you choose to have it (starts at 6.30am). Room space is ok for Japanese standard (I did struggle to have my big suitcase, so if you are travelling as couple or family, I think you will need to reconsider).

Alway a very welcoming greeting by ALL hotel team members. A good morning, good afternoon, good evening, with a very courteous and sincere manner, not all Japanese Hotel Chains can maintain such a unique Japanese hospitality.
Rooms not the most spacious, but superbly well cleaned and maintained, even more comfortable than lots of newly build hotels.
Breakfast is very nice, a very nice and tasty, food selections is nicely balanced for quality and taste, simple yet very well prepared by the chef.
Best Value and great location! One of the best experience within Naha city.

The location is excellent, very close to convenient store and shopping street. Also close to train to travel in Naha.
Simple and good public baht. Room is tiny but well designed.

We stayed in this hotel on my last day in Okinawa. The room was spacious but there is no drinking water (nor bottle water) provided by the hotel. Upon asking the front desk, the staff simple say "NO" but were unable to offer any suggestion neither pay of free.
My wife got foot injured and was unable to walk and we contacted this hotel to check if wheelchair is available. They reply that wheelchair is available but not allowed to leave the hotel. This sound unreasonable and non-considerate to hotel client, what would you expect a client to do with the wheelchair just inside your hotel. It make no contribution to the Naha economy nor the reputation of your hotel. I prefer a charge wheelchair if the hotel really want to offer service for disabled client. And we WILL NEVER EVER stay in this hotel again.
