Overall the hotel is considered to be satisfactory. The towels are super clean but not the bedding. You pay what you get. No complaints.

OK fot family and clean.

Very good location. Bad soundproof. My room near breakfast area. So noisy. Has family Crocroaches in my room . Late topup for breakfast.

The room is clean, and the towel, bathroom are clean too. Except the are is not clean and not suitable for family or couples.

Hotel is in a strategic location. Nearby to Nagoya Hill Mall. Room is quite clean and comfortable for short stay

As a return guest, all is good as always except this time wifi was not so good.(Room next to elevator) Breakfast was averagely good.

Decent spacious room for a 3 days 2 nights stay, travel to anywhere just Gojek. Clean room and provide basic like toothbrush, shower gel and shampoo. The worst thing was the compressor is very loud and the window with no handle cannot be close fully.

Good loaction and near to Nagoya hill shopping mall. Worth for money...
