Yumoto Kanko Hotel Saikyo Reviews

This was a family trip with 5 adults and 3 children over high school age. We were greeted very politely and stayed in a room with a detached garden. It seems it wasn't the room we requested, but it was spacious and very clean. However, we had to move to another room because there was a large public bath and a buffet at the end of the year. The hot spring ♨️ had an outdoor bath, was spacious, and had a wide variety of amenities. The towels were individually wrapped and hygienic. The meal was a buffet, but the small dishes were just the right amount and the hot dishes were delicious. The only disappointment was that the beef was cold. The futon was warm and we slept soundly♪ There was a bowling alley 🎳 on the premises, and the children seemed to enjoy it♪

They upgraded us to a room with a garden for free because they had a room available. It was a great family trip after a long time and it was a great memory. I want to go again.

I was very satisfied with the quiet and spacious room. It was also very clean and nice!!

I stayed here on a family trip during Golden Week. We had a room with a view of the garden, and I was surprised at how clean the toilet was. The hot spring water was quite hot, so I enjoyed the open-air bath with my children. The hotel staff were very friendly and it was a fun trip!

We stayed here on a group bus tour. Many groups from Korea were there. Dinner was luxurious, with grilled abalone and puffer fish, and we also ordered fin sake, so we were satisfied, but breakfast was terrible. The buffet venue was very cold, and the food that was supposed to be hot was cold, there were few dishes, and the taste was not so good. It was a rare breakfast these days. Dinner and hot springs were not bad, but this breakfast lowered the rating. Not being able to connect to WiFi in the rooms is a fatal flaw, so I don't think I will return unless they renovate it.
