DoubleTree by Hilton Lisbon - Fontana Park Reviews

3rd time staying with the Double Tree by Hilton Lisbon - Fontana Park, the experience is moderate. Not very good but still ok. The location of the hotel is good. My room was on the 1st Floor and you could find a connection door inside. I am not sure it's because of it, the soundproofing is not good that i can hear what the next door doing at night. The check-in wasn't so smooth but it's ok as i am booking from 3rd party online which took a bit more time for them.

The entrance to the hotel is very dark. The room is style over function and also dark. . You have to be over 1.8m to in order to place the hanger in the wardrobe. There was a large electric box inside the cupboard. . The kettle had to moved because it could not be plugged in where it was. The sockets were horizontal on the bedside and any spill would have caused a short circuit. The electric blind was very noisy. The breakfast room was very narrow. Overall not a good experience.

The stay was good but the actual room as advertised was not provided to us due to reasons best known to the hotel management.

Good location, and reception.  Service was too slow, and rooms not very comfortable like you would expect from a branded chain. Air con made lot of noise and was difficult to get a comfortable sleep. No response even after we complained. Not recommended.

Good location, friendly staff but be aware bathrooms have a glass wall to the room without any curtains so lacks privacy

Great place for a solo traveller…

I loved the room and hotel vibes.

The corridors were dark but the room was clean and spacious. Bathrooms were clean and spacious but odd to have a window to the room with no option to shade or block out the view.

Excellent! Nice hotel.

We stayed one night at Doubletree -Lisbon- our final night in Portugal. Warm welcome by staff with a warm cookie :). Our room was upgraded due to overbooking standard twin room. Beds are cosy. Clean room. Breakfast is ok. Recommend it

Good hotel

The room service is OK, but the hotel repeatedly charged the city tax when checking out (the order includes all taxes and fees). Ctrip hotel housekeeper communicated and refunded the tax in time. I like Ctrip's service.

Hilton Hotel, the overall quality is OK, but the design and color matching of the room corridor are not satisfactory. Taxis in Portugal are very cheap, so the location is also good.
