2-Star Hotels in Nagasaki

We left here for three nights during the Nagasaki Laternal Festival. The hotel is about 5 minutes from the tram station and is accessible by public transport. There is no taxi need in principle. The rooms are equipped in Japan. A great plus point are the comfortable beds that really have soft mattresses as usual and liked. Would we book again here? Yes!

At the midway between several concepts, Haph is very well located next to the glass bridge and the covered market. The building mixes several concepts: a bar and a shop below, a conference room and a collaborative workplace (with a tent for creativity), The hotel is located in the centre of the city centre, with spacious rooms (the showers and toilets are collective). Two bemols ... the cleaned ”banhaus” style construction makes Madame Butterfly have heard all water flows (so foresee boiling balls) and breakfast is not suitable ( sauces) and coffee is really bad. Otherwise the New Zealand manager is nice even if he doesn't speak French

長崎駅へ徒歩でも行けるほどに近く、安価に宿泊できる、という点のみが評価できるホテル。いずれの設備も古く、一見すると清潔に保たれているように見えるが、ところどころで清掃の手抜きが見受けられる。ビジネスホテルに一様に見られるバスルームの狭さは言うまでもない。 入り口は階段となっており、車椅子などの身体の不自由な方、大きな荷物を持っている方は利用しづらいように感じる（地下の駐車場からのエレベーターがあるだろうが）。 海外の安いホテルであればこの程度のサービスの質だろうと思うだろうが、日本のホテルの中では質は良くない。長崎観光の拠点としては不向きで、夜遅くにチェックインし朝早くに出発するための宿泊所として利用する方がいいだろう。 It is a hotel that can only be appreciated for two things: it is close enough to Nagasaki Station to be reached on foot, and it is an inexpensive place to stay. All of the facilities are old, and although at first glance they appear to be kept clean, there are signs that cleaning has been cut corners in some places. Needless to say, the bathrooms are small, which is common among business hotels. The entrance is a staircase, which I feel it is difficult to use for people with physical disabilities such as wheelchairs or people with large luggage (although there may be an elevator from the underground parking lot). You would think that this would be the quality of service at a cheap hotel outside of Japan, but the quality is not as good as it is in Japan. It is not suitable as a base for sightseeing in Nagasaki, and would be better used as a place to check in late at night and leave early in the morning.

A real friendly hotel at indeed very cost-friendly price. Excellent services with nice and very friendly staff to help around. I will definitely recommend to others if they are going to travel here. I will highly recommend to all kinds of travellers who enjoy good services and good location at the town.

The rooms are not spacious, but they are practical and good for a day. The location is good wherever you go. Most of them were sightseeing on foot. Breakfast is a bit unfortunate, but it's worth eating with the feeling of simply taking one meal. I am willing to stay again.

It is really a treasure hotel. It is on the hillside opposite Nagasaki Station. There is a beautiful and artistic church next to it. The decoration of the entire youth hostel is also very artistic. The boss is very enthusiastic and the breakfast is delicious! The room environment is very good. Although it is small, it is very comfortable and safety can be guaranteed! The proprietress is very enthusiastic and feels very warm. The sound of the car can be heard even through the glass, and the smell of the room is a bit heavy.

Pension Baden Heim is run by a friendly and hospitable family who will go above and beyond to take care of you. We stayed from December 31st to January 2nd. The rooms are warm, with cozy bedding, the public shower and bathroom spacious and clean. Breakfast, served by the lady of the house, is worth the extra charge (coffee or tea, omelet, various meats and fruits with a side of breads and jams). They are knowledgeable of the city and will help you out with finding places to visit, where to eat, where to shop and how to get around. The location is also great. A short walk from Temple Town (寺町) and 15 minutes to the station, it's also very close to the popular history and culture museum, and a trolley line that can take you to Dejima, China Town or the Peace Park and Atomic Bomb Museum. I'd recommend a stay at Pension Baden Heim.

A good location at the city center, and side of Hamamachi Arcade! Free internet connection available.

This is cheap! Conveniently located near Shianbashi, yet at a capsule hotel price!
