Nadi Downtown Hotel Reviews

Worst customer service. I booked a family room and paid for it 4 months before. But when I arrived at the hotel, they told me that their family rooms were not available. Instead, they offered me a smaller room. Electricity was not available for first 4 hours when the temperature outside was 28 degrees Celsius. On top, they promised to provide pick up services from airport but no one showed up. Hence, At 4 AM in the morning, I had to book a taxi with my three children to go to the hotel. I would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone, specially with family.

It's very well located in the center of Nadi Town. The staff is beyond excellent, so cheerful and helpful. It was a good choice for those two nights.

Advantages: The hotel provides free airport pick-up and paid airport drop-off (25 Fijian dollars), and the hotel will contact you in advance to inform you of the relevant situation. The service attitude is very good. Disadvantages: Although there is a fan in the room, it is still hot, and there are loud speakers around that make it impossible to fall asleep until the early morning. In addition, there are cockroaches.

Although it is located at the very back of downtown Nadi, it was easy to walk around downtown. I was worried about the low price, but the room was very clean. The complimentary breakfast was toast, butter, jam, and coffee. As for the transfer, the transfer from the airport to the hotel was free, which was very helpful. On the way back, the hotel took us to Port Denarau for 25 Fijian dollars. One thing to note is that there are only bath towels in the room. I recommend bringing amenities such as a hair dryer and shampoo. Also, a 25 Fijian dollar deposit is taken at check-in, so you need to have the cash for that amount.

There were bugs in the room, but the staff thought it was nothing.

Great location, good service attitude, old facilities and equipment

It feels good. The low-cost hotel is not too demanding. It is very affordable. The transportation is convenient, and there is a big supermarket next to it.
