I requested a non-smoking room, but was put in smoking. Apparently the non-smoking rooms are a completely different building. That is a Oceanfront and twice the cost. They did offer to spray to cover up the smell, but the room was very old, dated, dirty. The bathroom sink and tub took 30 minutes to drain after any use there was tons of sand in the tub/shower when we got there. There were 5 roaches alive and crawling during the 3 days we were there- on the walls on the floor in the kitchen area, etc., the beds were lumpy and uncomfortable . The TV did not work and neither did the phone. We spoke to them several times about fixing the problems and they never did. They just kept saying they would get somebody to come look at it. They tried once to drain the tub, but when it didn’t work, they gave up.  they never offered us another room to stay in either for a discounted rate for the problems.  the size and space of the room was great. , just wish it was cleaner, and more kept up .

U get what u pay for. I work for a pest company. The moment I open the door to the room the smell of German roaches hit me. I always inspect a room before I even pull my luggage out. Did not see any bedbugs, but definitely seen signs of them. Was not taking that risk. Definitely gonna end up paying more in pest service to get rid of roaches or bedbugs if you end up taking them home. Give me a call I'll take care of them lol😆. I didn't get a full refund but oh well 🤷. Definitely pay an extra $100 -$300 on a different hotel. Would save u money in the long run.

Trip.com sucks that’s all I can say. Had to pay unexpected fees once checked in that were not told to us. The first room we checked into was awful. Had to get another room which was better but not the greatest. Trip.com is a third party vendor and I was charged a $100 fee non refundable for using trip.com. Plus we also had to pay in cash $100 refundable fee we got back at the end. I will not use this service again and definitely will not stay at this hotel again. The reviews are legit on the hotel. If you want cheap it’s cheap.

This was a last minute 4th of July vacation, we liked easy access to the ocean front. We rented 2 rooms according to the layout of the rooms, accommodating up to 6 people. To say the least, the layout of the rooms were extremely misleading-- online description of the room did not match. Second, the cleanliness of the rooms were non-existent--sticky floors, left over dirty clothes under the bed, and sandy carpet. Third, the bed lacked comfort and bed spread full of visible stains. Finally, the door to room 327 does not work-- we had to Jerry rigged it (front desk said they'd send maintenance for assistance, but never came). Also, the building elevator needs attention-- install sensor to prevent from closing too early especially when people are loading and unloading. The bright side, however, were there brand new refrigerators, stove (semi functioning), A/C, amazing water pressure, and kitchen tools. Overall, we do not see ourselves coming back or recommending this site to my family or friends.

Front desk was more concerned about each other than the guest checking in. Roachs roachs roachs baby roachs all in bath tubs, lights not working in the room. Very very disappointed! Do not stay there even for a good deal!

I was very doubtful when I made the reservation because I looked at the reviews and they seemed very bad to me. And 3 days later, I made the reservation and I don't regret it. My family and I really liked the location and the service. And the staff is attentive. Personally, I would book again and you don't have to pay much attention to the reviews that are not always what they say
