We arrived in Mykonos with our family, and on the first day at our resort, my 24-year-old son slipped and cut his foot open on a rock at the beach. The hotel's response was absolutely fabulous. They were attentive immediately, privately escorting my son to a local orthopedic surgeon who unbelievably stitched my son's foot and took care of him within an hour of his injury.  The hotel's handling of this issue was exceptional. I have traveled the world and have never experienced service like this. Beyond the magnificent rooms and property, the service at Petasos beach resort and spa is truly beyond exceptional.  Thank you to the entire team for their swift and professional response. We are deeply grateful for your care and attentiveness during a stressful time. This experience has made our stay even more memorable, and we will definitely be returning in the future.

We stayed as part of a tour... And got a room with a large balcony and spa allocated. It has a great view too. Room was comfortable and clean and quiet. Location is near shops and bars etc and had a bus stop right outside. What could be better. Staff were very friendly and food was delicious. Pool was just divine. I could see why we had so many flashy yachts pulled up in front of the hotel. This was a delightful place to stay, and easy to get to town of you want to shop. The bus was cheap and regular. 

We spent a fantastic 10 nights at this wonderful resort.  The location was perfect for us and the overall quality of the hotel was outstanding.  But the staff made the stay that much more memorable.  The reception staff, the cleaning staff, the concierge staff and the restaurant and bar staff were exceptional.  Nothing was too much trouble and they made our stay the very best of vacations.
