Our overnight stay was great even though it was just a short period of time. The breakfast buffet was delicious and there was a lot of food selection to choose from. The facilities and amenities of the hotel were nice.

Had high expectations since it has been tagged as number 1 hotels accross Muntinlupa. However, it did not meet my expectations. Don’t get me wrong, it had a nice buffet breakfast and very friendly staff. However, the room floor creaks when walking, also had some issues with the clogged toilet bowl.

The Stay The rooms were nothing short of exceptional—elegantly designed with a modern touch and equipped with all the essentials for a truly relaxing stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the serene ambiance made it easy to unwind after a long day. The housekeeping team did an excellent job, ensuring everything was spotless and well-maintained. The Food The dining options were outstanding. Every meal was a gastronomic treat, from the sumptuous breakfast buffet to the beautifully curated à la carte dishes. The variety was impressive, and everything I tried was packed with flavor. The desserts, in particular, were divine and made the experience even more special. Service and Amenities What truly sets The Bellevue apart is the exceptional service. The staff were genuinely warm and attentive, going the extra mile to ensure my stay was flawless. The hotel amenities, including the pool and fitness center, were well-maintained and added to the overall experience.

Bellevue is 10 mins walking to Festival mall so the location is less ideal than others which are nearer. Otherwise everything else is great about this hotel

The hotel is well maintained on cleanliness. Inclusive free Breakfast is adequate on choices. The room is provided with centralized aircondition, more than adequate space, toilet & bath with seperate bath tub. To complete the room amenites mini refrigirator with good cooling system, unfortunately, the kettle and the flat iron cannot be used because the plug and the outlet are not compatible. So i supppse it is just there as additional decor to the room :).

It never fails me. Have wverything you need and comfortable bed most important. A very lively bar on top floor

I stayed at the hotel for leisure and it was a mostly pleasant experience. The room was well maintained - not modern, but not outdated. The layout is a little bit confusing though. The restaurant was good but there are other dining options that would be worth your money. The only one sour experience among it is the spa. They were supposed to be open by 10AM but they were still closed by 10:10AM hotel time. I knocked on the glass door and the attendance on the other side didn't even bother to stand up and tell me they were still closed. She just made a hand gesture behind her desk. When I went down to the front desk, they told me it was open to which I informed them that they were mistaken because I was just there. They then called the spa and were told they needed an extra 10 minutes. Now, if I hadn't been on my way out and needed to check out by 12, this would not have been a problem. But since I had to leave and still needed to pack afterwards, this was unacceptable. Don't say you're open at 10AM and not be open at 10AM. Don't hide behind your desk to tell me you were closed without an explanation; the least you could have done was come to the door, apologize, say the reason why you couldn't open on time, and offer to put me in the first available slot. I've worked in the travel and hospitality industry for some time and I can tell you that was a failed opportunity for customer service. If you plan to stay at the Bellevue, just stay in the room. Everything else in the hotel isn't worth the amount of money paid for it.
