For people who appreciate a warm place, with hot water, a clean bed and good coffee, the location is good, good value for money. I appreciated the good communication of the staff, the cleanliness and the proximity to transportation. 🥰🤗

Molto comodo alle fermate dei mezzi pubblici, facile da trovare. Camera piccola, però giusta per il prezzo pagato. 
Molto scomodo l’unico cuscino che è a disposizione

Very convenient to public transport stops, easy to find. Small room, but fair for the price paid.
The only pillow available is very uncomfortable

If it is not summer, it is OK, but because the air-conditioning vent is very small, the indoor temperature drop is very slow, and because our luggage is more than the hotel, only the stairs need to spend a little more effort.

The hotel is located just next to the Laim Station, where the train lines pass to the centre, only a few minutes away.
The hotel is excellent in view of the quite high prices in Munich.
Clean and facilities are minimal, but I say again, for the price is very good

There is a problem with the door. There is no laundry service, no hair dryer, the environment is normal and clean, and the lighting is insufficient.
A bit old, but this price is ok for two nights.
