Hilton Munich City Reviews

Check-in was a breeze as my family and I could check in an hour earlier than the stipulated check in time. However the service agent was not quite the most pleasant, he seems to be on a bad day. Amenities wise, does have a gym and an awesome breakfast. But was a little disappointed when most of the TV channels were all in German (especially for an international brand like Hilton, one would expect more English channels). Room wise was ok, standard what you would expect when booking a Hilton product. Was hoping for a sauna room in the cold winter, but didn’t get it (oh wells. No worries).

The location is great, and the room was spacious and clean. The staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was also good.

Hilton city always my favorite in Munich Usually I stayed either hilton park or Munich city . The staff very friendly and welcoming  Recommend always

Lady receptionist not friendly , almost rude, upon check in . No greeting or anything just straight away asked for our IDs Room is okay - what you pay for

Its a bit challenging to ride a train to City Center but only 2 stations away from this hotel. Direct access to the station from the hotel is a bonus.

Everything was nice and strategic location. Just one deduction factor, we called to request for toothbrush but did not get it all. We stayed for 2 nights but still yet to get it

Great, comfortable hotel in a decent location, within walking distance to the city center. The gym was also good and convenient since it was open 24/7

The location is good, but the cleanliness is not so good that they forgot to empty the garbage and do not put water on a daily basis, and I have a child until I asked them to , so they put it in for the baby milk😑

It so comfortable and nice staff good and helpful location although not so near to Marienplatz but I like the location the only thing upset me that they charge me 105 euros for the room services 🥺

I was pleasantly surprised to see that the hotel is connected to Rosenheimerplatz station (going up by Exit A), which was a godsend during the cold German winter when my trip took place. We had two separate stays, and the second room was located very far from the lift lobby (there is only one lift lobby for a rather sizable hotel). The latter was during a long holiday weekend in the catholic region, so perhaps a less used room was assigned. There was dust on the water kettle and on some furniture in the room. Further, the restaurant was so full of people and no servers were assigning seats, resulting in guests having to reserve their own seats (two other guests took my table, though I had left my belongings on it). Hotel does not seem equipped to handle heavier crowds. Otherwise, the first stay (when it was less crowded) was perfect.

Convenient n clean. Several cafes to choose from for morning choices too. Will come again !
