Room is clean and modern designed. There is sauna and swimming pool. Though size of swimming pool is small, only one people can swim, the area is very relaxing. Hotel is not close to the subway station (15min walk, but very close to a tram stop (50meters or so). There are free candies in the lobby. Overall the experience is good.

I really need to give a bad review. The hotel had soldiers staying because of a football match. They changed my original twin bed to a king-size bed without notifying me, and they didn't tell the agent. Most importantly, when the customer checked in, they gave the customer's room card to open the door and someone was already in the room. This kind of service in a five-star hotel is simply too much.

My colleague also just drank a bottle of water. Now that we are communicating with Ctrip to resolve the matter, I can only say that this hotel is particularly bad. Another colleague of mine had to go back to China due to an urgent matter and booked a room for two nights. We only stayed for one night before we checked out. I don’t know what this hotel thinks. If you treat me politely, they will extort money. I don’t recommend staying in this hotel. Secondly, I don’t recommend staying in a hotel where you pay on-site. A room costs 288 euros, not including breakfast. It’s really, really bad!

The waiters in the hotel are all young and courteous with a bright appearance. The corridors of the hotel are in a dark curtain style. The rooms are a bit small and the bathrooms are very well-designed. The breakfast is the best I have ever eaten.
