The hotel is just five minutes away from the airport, which is very convenient. The staff are friendly and attentive to guests. However, the downside is that the prices keep increasing with each stay.

Definitely a five stars experience and stay! Will definitely go back if I’m back at Mumbai in the future. Room was good! Comfortable bed. Breakfast was better than good ~ definitely a plus plus point !

24 March lady staff on duty at breakfast reception lacked warmth and tone appeared rude. Overall no complaint.

We stayed here during our long one-day transit in Mumbai. The hotel is very close to the airport (just 5-10 minutes away), making it easy to transfer early in the morning. Overall, I was very happy with the stay. In room dining food was tasty. However, check-in took some time as they required us to create an Accor hotel account and download the 'Accor Key' app to generate a digital room key. I believe this process is unnecessary and time-consuming for short-term stays. Additionally, both the hotel and food are more expensive in Mumbai compared to other cities.

The room smelt of damp, especially the sofa and carpet area, staff were kind enough to move us to another room, however, this also smelt really badly of damp, only way to get rid, is by blasting the ac.

Service and food was excellent. Check-in and check-out was very smooth, despite a small hiccup in combining my two bookings. Best breakfast buffet I've ever had in a hotel, and the service during dining was impeccable. Hotel room was lovely and just perfect for me. Despite being near the airport, due to road congestions it was slightly inconvenient.  Overall, I had en enjoyable stay and will definitely stay here again when I'm back in Mumbai. Also, this stay has made me have a positive outlook on Novotel and will look into booking them as my preferred stay in other cities too.

The configuration of the room is good and the room is new and clean. Hotel staff, especially at the breakfast service were friendly and prompt. Short distance to airport. 👍🏻

The hotel is very new facilities are good, breakfast is good, the quilt does not know whether it is a long time or what happened, very hairy ball, uncomfortable. Living on the fourth floor, every night from the beginning of the room will have the smell of oil smoke, do not open air conditioning and think that they are cooking, very powerful. In is the wifi, I have not checked out, the same day at 12 o'clock can not be used, directly exit,😂😂

I had a very good stay at Novotel Mumbai with my Parents. Staff is very humble and friendly. They remember any special requests you may have, this was a very good gesture from the hotel staff.
