Advanatages: The hotel's location is great. Maria at the reception listened to my complaints and offered compensation. Lunches were okay, and dinners were decent. Though crowded, the jacuzzi on the upper floor was a nice feature. Very spacious room with a safe, though I didn’t even need such a large room. Disadvantages: One day, I found a piece of glass in my food and almost swallowed it. I informed the waiter, but they didn’t speak English, and no one followed up with an apology or compensation. The bathroom had a bad smell, which spread throughout the entire room, likely coming from the drains in the shower and toilet. The ”double room” turned out to be a twin room with two separate beds that were just set close together. We attended the Christmas Gala on 25.12.2024, but no one informed us of the cost beforehand. We were shocked by the bill after dinner. It was overpriced and not worth the price. There was no prior information about the price, which felt like a lack of communication and a violation of consumer rights. Breakfast was repetitive, with no smoked salmon, avocado, or blue cheese—only cheap canned ham slices. Boiled eggs, a basic breakfast item, were served only a few times, and one day there were no tomatoes. Sweet buns were the same every day. Boring, repetitive breakfasts. Lunch ran out quickly, and by the end of the lunch hour, there were few items left. Dinners saved the situation. Desserts and cakes were the same every day, with only cream and no variety—new cakes only appeared during the Gala. Breakfast was poor, and there was a lack of seafood, especially shrimp, which were only served once during the Gala and once more in the 7 days. The service (even at the reception) doesn’t speak English well (apart from Maria and one young man). The pool on the ground floor is small. The jacuzzi on the upper floor was always crowded, and it was hard to find time for yourself or wait for your turn. All day long full of kids.
