There was an emergency in Kashiwa City near the previous day.It is the same Toyoko IN, but I was unable to cancel or change the reservation.I hope that it will be possible to change the reservation in such a case.

At check-in, the female front staff who solicits the membership card with 々 without any necessary explanation. Although I have clearly refused that it is not necessary, you can discount immediately when you join, there are other Toyoko Inns, etc., etc. 々 talk. Why do you have to take a picture of a free membership card and carry a card of personal information? No need, no discount, and scattered 々 staff who continue to talk at my pace, and what the customer wants, etc. Because I am desperate for such solicitation, I have to come to pick up the room clothes myself, and I have a brush myself, and I should have a female amenities. It is not given or explained. There was not only one female staff, but there were ３ people, but no one would stop the runaway of this staff. At night, I noticed that there was nothing in the room and amenities, and when I contacted the front desk, I told you at check-in. The front staff who did not work anything except to extend the solicitation of the card to 々, and the arrogant staff who did not say that the customer would not remember badly if I explained it. By the way, all the female staff are doing such bad customer service. The general manager of this hotel is a woman. What is educating you? If you're a panda, and you're a general manager, would you say that it's a bright company for diversity? If it really functions as a female general manager, it is not possible to make such arrogant treatment, and it is not possible to leave the uneducated staff that does not explain to the customer at all.

The house is relatively small, and the facilities inside are relatively complete

Good access beside train station. Easy access to Akihabara station at the end of Tsukuba express line.  Clean room, nice free Japanese breakfast - curry rice.   Walls a little thin but most guest are polite (keeping quiet when waking by) and considerate, unlike most western countries, so noise really not a problem - surprisingly! No slamming doors or loud people talking when walking by.  Mostly Japanese guests in hotel.
