Very pleased with our stay at Greenpia, and happy there were quite a few improvements since last year: - upgrade to the outdoor onsen, which is much better than before. Love the addition of the TV - onsen kits inside closet - more room selections such as the Max, cabins and glamping - the conversion into the comic reading space

Perfect. Free Shuttle van provided from JR station to hotel. Quiet location. Good place for ski. Good staff, Clean Japanese style room and nice dinner.

The food was delicious and we enjoyed ourselves at our own pace. There were lots of places for my 3-year-old son to enjoy, such as the kids' area and slides, so the whole family had fun.

The staff were all friendly and it was a very comfortable stay. I was surprised to see some gnats outside, but the front desk lent me some insect repellent spray. The room also came with a ReFa hair dryer, straightener, and shower head, which was nice. There was also a ReFa hair dryer in the large public bath.

The food selection was great and the taste was amazing! The cleanliness of the building was also good, and you wouldn't notice how old the building is.

The environment is beautiful!

Since I visited when I was a child, I visited with my own child for the first time in a long time. I was looking forward to going there, but I was worried about the lack of knowledge of the woman at the front desk. The hot springs are free for the guests, and the pools are discounted. The rooms were old, but they were well cleaned and I didn't feel bad. The rice is a buffet, so I wonder if it's like this lol I think that it is very good for children because there are facilities for children and there is a sweets 200 yen ticket service. In general, the customer service of young female staff is negative. The correspondence of male staff and elderly staff is good. As a general comment, I may think a little again this time

The lodging and facilities are very good, the good old side and the latest activities are fused, there is nostalgia and newness, and both adults and children can enjoy it. However, I wanted something like a 1-day pass because the ticket cost would be higher than I expected and the tickets would be left half-finished. I stayed two nights again, but the meals were almost the same and I got a little bored. Also, it was a pity that there was only water for cold soft drinks in the dining room during dinner. I wanted some barley tea. Overall, it's very good, so I'd be happy if you could improve it.

It was in the mountains, so it was quiet and beautiful. I love mountains, so I found it very relaxing. There was a BBQ place at the hotel, and I ate delicious Genghis Khan O(≧▽≦)O There was also bowling, karaoke, table tennis, and games, and I played with my colleagues. It was fun (｀∀´) The morning buffet was also delicious. My recommendation is the seafood bowl. I want to eat more. When I took a walk outside at night, I could see the starry sky. I was playing so much that I forgot to take pictures. I only have one photo, but every time I look at it, I'm reminded of my company trip. It was a great trip.

The hotel was clean and the bathroom was great! Fishing is recommended! We would also like to thank the hotel staff for arranging a BBQ for us with the fish we caught!

I went on a company trip and spent 2 nights and 3 days. For dinner, we had Genghis Khan on the first day and Kaiseki cuisine on the second day, both of which were delicious. The kaiseki meal was very satisfying, with shabu-shabu made with beef from Onuma and grilled raw abalone. Breakfast was buffet style, but there were many kinds, and I was able to eat slowly in a spacious area. It was hard to find where the coffee and drinks were, so I wish they had made it easier to understand. The staff too! Everyone was kind and polite. thank you very much!

The staff was very helpful. Amenities are also abundant. Having seafood on the breakfast buffet was also a great feature! Unfortunately, it was raining so we couldn't play outside, but on a sunny day there are a wide variety of activities, so you can definitely enjoy it with your friends or with your children. There are also facilities such as karaoke, bowling, and a game center within the building. The sauna in the bath was very hot and I was satisfied.
