Karim was super helpful and attentive to our needs as soon as we walked if I ever come to Montreal again I’d like to come stay there again since they have such great prices too

We checked into the hotel on December 14, everything was fine, but the room was cold and the heating didn't work.

Pretty near to Airport with free parking. rooms are clean and well sized. 

Good hotel in a good location to the airport. Only downside: There is not much around the hotel to do.

Booked 4 night prepaid. After a long day out arrived at the hotel for the second night stay. Room was not made up or cleaned, all towels still on the floor. apparently they have to be told to make up room, a room charges of $300 a night they have to be told to clean the room . The room set up was so disappointing. No place to put luggage's except the floor, no place to hang towels and no place to put cosmetics.

Love the location as it’s pretty close to the customers that I need to visit but also convenient to get to the airport, comfy beds

Nice, clean, very friendly staff.. very convenient because the airport is within 5 minutes drive..

Didn't cleaned out my room when i aske in reception told me it's my fault that i didn't ask them as i have already put a sign to clean room upset with service

Novotel Montreal Airport was a pleasant stay during a long weekend. One thing to note is that there was a car theft during our stay that happened to another guest, so guests should be careful of locking their cars at night.

Nice very good clean and comfortable bed and pillows staff is very friendly and helpful hopefully will visit them soon .

We got in to find out parking for vacation was sold out and we were stuck with no place with car. Later that night they said for $150 we could park for week.

Good experience, have free parking and swimming pool. Nice hotel
