Nice hotel, full of amenities. location is great and on the coast but Mombassa traffic means you may be stuck in a lot if you plan to visit the main city itself

Its really quite hotel and best suited for business travellers

The pillows were moldy, the garage was in the room, there was no hot water, the cold water was minimal, there was dog poop in the hallway, I will never stay there again.

Clean and sanitary, close to the beach, beautiful environment, convenient transportation, the black front desk staff is very patient, my English is not good, the front desk staff is not impatient, very attentive.

The room was upgraded. I live alone in two rooms and one living room. It is too big and the environment is not good. The swimming pool is my favorite. The old city is opposite the old port. The breakfast is also good and the service attitude is very good. I stayed for 3 nights Recommended

The room is too big. The standard of this hotel in Kenya is comparable to the family suites in domestic tourist attractions. However, the security issues here show that the hotel is not comfortable.
