Worst hotel experience ever! Cleanliness is below anything I can describe. Every night, there are cockroaches running around. The toilet floor is slimy. Stains on the towel. The dead cockroach is still there the next day after clean up by housekeeping. My allergy spike up, the carpet never got cleaned. So very gross! The staffs are very friendly though. They turn only one lift, so you have to wait every time going up or down.

Disappointed for the first experience.
