Great location, the hotel is quite new. Couldn't observe any issues with facility. Service is great, staff are ready to help. The only area for improvement is breakfast - it seemed to me too limited.

We stayed with our family and children at this hotel! We were very pleased! The room has everything you need! Clean, cozy! The location is great! We will definitely come again!

Excellent hotel, gorgeous rooms, super breakfast, parking. Didn't expect such a level.. but everything in the photo is the pure truth... The only thing is that there are bars across the river, the music is loud at night, but I think the hotel will be able to come to an agreement with them over time... I recommend it wholeheartedly, we will only stay here now

Everything is good, the room is big and clean. The only downside is the breakfast, which is not very good. There are few hot foods, but they are all greasy fried potato cakes or cakes with sauce inside and a little hard outside.

Good 4 stars. The room is large. The hotel is in a very good location. You can even walk to the train station in 30 minutes.

It's so average and not worth the price. First of all, there is no toilet paper in the bathroom, so I still have to ask for it from the front desk, as well as toothpaste and toothbrush. Secondly, there is construction near the hotel, which is very noisy every day. Even when it gets dark late, there is still construction until 90 o'clock in the evening. At the same time, the interior of the hotel may have just been renovated, and there is a smell in the corridor, but not much in the room. Breakfast is also very average. There is not much to choose from. There are basically three or four kinds of staple food. The service staff in the restaurant are not bad and have a strong sense of service. Others are just average.

The hotel deserves 4 stars, the staff is polite, there were a few downsides to the cleaning of the room, but overall we were satisfied with everything.

We are very happy with our choice. We will definitely come back!

Fresh hotel, modern rooms, very good location in the very center. High-quality mattress and pillow, the room has everything you need, incl. hair dryer, ironing board and iron. In terms of price/quality ratio, it is probably the best offer in the city.

I have stayed at this hotel many times on business trips, mainly because it is convenient and close to the Lake of Tears.
