Exceptional hotel only they need to update their restaurant hours

Overall, this is a good choice. Clean rooms and professional staff. Location is a bit isolated without a car, but a vibrant street with lots of restaurants is a few minute drive away. The main downside was the pillows. They gave us four side-sleep pillows. Did not sleep well because they are too fluffy.

The hotel is a bit out of the way, with Macy's across the street, but nothing else to do. The room is spacious, the bed is soft and comfortable, the towels are clean, but unfortunately there is a large ball of dirty paper in the toilet tissue box, which is uncomfortable. There are many red flower trees in front of the hotel, which are very beautiful, but I don't know their names.

This Hilton is located in the small town of Shorthills, New Jersey. The rooms are clean, the service is good, the breakfast is OK, the parking is convenient, and it is opposite the Masy department store. It is a good value for money place worth staying again. We drove from the hotel to Times Square and Grand Central Station for 40 minutes at noon.

I have paid the room fee online, and the deposit including the room fee was collected when I checked in. I communicated with the front desk, and the reply was that I had to confirm with the payer before the refund could be made. So I contacted Ctrip customer service, and the reply I got for a day and a night was that I could never contact the payment agent. In the end, I communicated with the front desk to solve it. The hotel breakfast is very good.
