Requested a taxi but unfortunately it did not came.

The location, room and welocmming receptionist was perfect. The stuff in the room, such as coffee machine, hair dryer, shower etc all was great. It's only 20 steps to subway station :) 5mins walking to most important places to see. We loved it. Highly recomended.

Convenient place stay at if you like to based yourself at Duomo. 5 mins walking distance to the heart of the city, with direct M3 metro line right downstairs.

I stayed in three hotels or serviced apartments in Italy, and this one was the worst. The biggest problem with this hotel is that it has the disadvantages of a serviced apartment, but not the advantages of a serviced apartment. There is only one staff member at the front desk from 8 am to 6 pm. If you check in at the hotel later than 6 pm, you can only check in using Whatsapp, but mainland mobile phones cannot install Whatsapp even abroad, so if you don't check in during the time when there are staff, you must be careful to book this hotel. In addition, although it is called a serviced apartment, there is no washing machine, microwave oven, or induction cooker. There is only a public living room, which is empty and placed there as a decoration. The hotel room is equivalent to the domestic three-star standard, and the area is exaggerated. It is estimated that the public area is added, and the actual area is only about 15 or 16 square meters. There are several main roads outside the building, and cars and subways are constantly flowing. If you open the window, it will be quite noisy. Of course, there are also advantages, that is, the location is good, very close to the subway station, there are many restaurants nearby, and you can walk to the Milan Cathedral. However, there is no elevator in one section of the subway, so be careful if you carry a big box. Milan is expensive. In the winter off-season, this hotel costs more than 1,400 yuan including tax, and does not include breakfast. The room was cleaned every day, but there were not enough napkins, and they were not replenished after use, which was really stingy. After 7pm, you need to use keys to open the two doors downstairs to return to the hotel, which is safe. But there is only one set of keys for the downstairs door and the hotel room, which is not very convenient if two people staying need to move separately. If I go to Milan next time, I will not choose this hotel.

There is no 24-hour front desk. Check-in can only be done between 14:00 and 18:00. The attitude of the hotel staff during telephone communication was very bad. I decided to change hotels immediately. No matter how Ctrip intervened and communicated, the hotel refused to cancel. But it was already very unhappy. I still changed to another one after losing money. Chinese people don't cheat Chinese people! Pay attention to thunder! ! !

The bathroom is terrible, smells bad, and there is no ventilation. The room is poorly soundproofed, the noise is loud, and I can't sleep well at night.
