I arrive at 23h30, hotel was closed. No way to get into it, no one at the reception desk. I call 20 times the landline, no one picked up. I prepaid the room and got zero information on the hotel practice or reminder from there.

The room was clean, spacious and bright. The location is average and not very convenient. WiFi is not good on the second floor

Great value for money in Milan apartments

Conveniently located an easy walk to the Metro and a few stops from Duomo. This relatively new, modern accommodation offers completely equipped kitchen suitable for longer stay and meal prep in your room or suite. Staff are friendly but service is non-exsistent. Rooms are large, and fully equipped but shower needs cleaning of accumulated mold. Large free washers and dryers are a plus. Complimentary breakfast consists of bring your own plate from your room to the lobby to select a croissant or cupcake. On site, secure parking for a fee.

We stay here for 3 nights on our trip to Milan. We arrived late after a delayed flight and they had a very easy self checkin service available. The apartment is clean, well located and comfortable. I would highly recommend a stay here. The metro station is about a 7 min walk away from the apartment - which is so handy for getting around Milan. The Prada museum is located right beside the apartment also.

I spent on business almost 2 months in the residence, i found out 2 major issues: 1) wifi connection is very poor, if you need to work online and need a stable connection.. pls find another residence 2) the air recycling system does not work at all… whatever anybody is cooking you will have in your room the smell (amplified by 10 because the chimney will fully convey it) and, believe me, it is pretty much disgusting My company paid around 3.500 euro per month… while the real value-for-money is no larger than 1000 per month (or less) Overall, pls help yourself and stay away if you can All info are backed up and documented with evidence at request

5 minutes walk from the Piazzale Lodi metro station. Very convenient parking at €12 per day in the courtyard. Or along the street at €1.20 per hour. Very comfortable rooms with kitchen. Adequate, clean, modern environment. Very good value for money. No breakfast but some croissants available in the hall.

very well organized structure, extraordinary receptionist, we stayed in this structure in September, there was a problem with the booking, as booking had made me book a room for all 4 when in reality it was not available, the guys helped us made an upgrade offering us two large rooms.

It was the closest hotel to my company headquarters. I wasn't crazy about it but the area in which it is located is also not particularly well served. Still clean. I would have preferred a minimum of breakfast and some more service. Reception closes at 11pm so the door must be unlocked with a code.

Good solution if you are looking for more residence-style accommodation, perhaps suitable for slightly longer periods. The mini apartments are functional and well organised, with all the necessary comforts. There is no breakfast service, but croissants are served in the lobby every morning. The metro stop is a few hundred meters away, and can still be reached on foot.

Hotel well located with several amenities nearby, such as; super expensive and restaurants. Large room with kitchenette and private bathroom. It also has private parking on site for an extra daily fee. As a disadvantage, the maintenance of the rooms in some aspects leaves something to be desired, even after asking the reception staff.
