Rooms are perfectly clean with amenities like slippers and toothbrushes. Spacious and stylish. The staff were really helpful. Delicious breakfast and afternoon snacks. Will come back again. One thing to note - the walk from Milan Central Train Station can be a bit rough if you’re carrying heavy and big suit cases since some sidewalks are in poor condition and there are some stoned pavements along the road which make it difficult for suitcases. Taking a taxi is better if you’re with heavy suitcases.

I am extremely grateful to the front desk staff who received me. Due to my hearing impairment, it was somewhat challenging for me to understand what was being said by non-native speakers through lip-reading. However, the hotel's front desk staff were very patient and meticulous in their service, doing an excellent job. They even personally showed me the way to ensure I fully understood. Even in the luxurious hotels I have stayed at, it is rare to find service staff who can pay such complete attention to these details. Although there were minor issues with the room's location and sound insulation, the hotel communicated proactively and had a very good attitude. I believe that the service attitude of a hotel is its most valuable asset.

Everything was perfect, except that at the end, after checking out, I found that my power bank was missing, which was worth about $70. But I remember the last time I charged it was in the hotel. I hoped to find it back after checking out but couldn’t find it. Forget it, I planned not to pursue it, but the hotel responded like this. In the midst of perfect service, this email made me unhappy.

Very good location, very near to metro & trams, and many restaurants and shops. Free drinks n snacks at lobby is a sweet surprise for us especially we arrived the hotel in hot summer afternoon. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Strong recommended.

The hotel is in a prominent location and is easy to get in and out of. The front desk guy is serious and has a good service attitude. The breakfast is also good. The hotel decoration is relatively new but simple. The room is very small and the soundproofing is poor. It is very noisy on the roadside, which will affect your sleep at night.

There is no lobby on the ground floor. You have to go up the third or fourth floor to get there. It looks like an old building renovation. There is no parking lot. The check-in attitude is warm. The room is indeed not big and the perfume smell is too strong and unpleasant when you first enter. Fortunately, you can open the window. Simple meals are provided for three meals a day. There is no surprise in the food. It is no problem to eat full. There is a 24-hour bar with water, drinks and cookies.

The room is clean and hygienic, and it is a 15-minute walk from the central train station. The door downstairs is closed. You will be asked before check-in, and you can enter by swiping your card after check-in. It is very safe. Food and drinks in the room are all free. If you finish eating, you can go to the lounge to get them. They are all free. This is in stark contrast to the Domus Hotel in Rome where you have to pay for a bottle of water! I have a very good impression of their hotel 👍

Because the previous hotel did not have a twin room, I temporarily changed to this newly opened hotel. The location is average but full of taste. The front desk is not big, but there are free bread, drinks, coffee, etc. The service attitude is also very good. The disadvantage is that there are more than one level of stairs to the front desk, which is really tiring to carry the suitcase.

The hotel's health, service and facilities are very complete. Bottled water, drinks and many snacks are provided for free. We are very satisfied. The only drawback is that it is far away from Milan Central Station and Milan Cathedral, which takes 25 minutes to walk. Or so. In addition, when we arrived at the hotel, we had to carry our luggage up the stairs to the first floor before taking the elevator up.

The hotel is in a good location, very close to the subway, free mini bar, which is always packed, and you can get it in the lobby, which is very convenient. I will choose this hotel next time I come to Milan.
