The hotel was lovely and the service was exceptional; however, we did encounter an issue with the toiletries. The hair conditioner and soap ran out after our first day and had to remind housekeeping to restock them when we got back to our hotel room at 9:00pm

A good overall hotel, but with limited amenities. Outdoor pool closes quite early and some days was closed during our stay for private events. Location is relatively good, around a 15 minute walk to the Duomo. Service was very friendly and helpful. However overall quality of hotel, amenities, consistency and experience is not on par with other leading 5 star hotel chains.
