Excellent front desk staff, totally understand what the customer needs, highly recommended for English speaking clients.

A very resonable hotel located just out of the city centre. Refurbishments to the outside of the hotel were being carried out and the rooftop pool was unavailable. However for the price was highly impressed with the food and service. However the lifts were not the best and could seem cramped at times and without aircon inside wasnt a nice feeling with Manaus being a very hot place to visit. There was a shop inside and that came in handy for provisions and tours could be organised from here so that was great.

Tv didn’t, work.  Front desk a disaster for service

It's really average, similar to domestic hotels.

The gold and jade are ruined on the outside, and it is very bad.
