I didn’t even stay here. I wasn’t allowed a refund when Malaga was suffering extreme flooding at the time. I’m a solo traveler who couldn’t even get the the accommodation because Malaga had floods in the airport and water pouring in through train stations which were shut off. I have seen videos of the surrounding areas of this accommodation and it was suffering severely- to not be granted a refund because I couldn’t physically get there or want to stay in a place where I didn’t feel safe is shocking. I will be taking this further.

Good break but you need to be fit and healthy to climb up and down the hills on the resort

I would like to express my gratitude to all the hotel staff for their well-coordinated work and hospitality. The hotel territory, proximity to the sea, availability of a wide range of rooms and the cost of accommodation make this accommodation facility one of the best in this region!

To start with the reception too much time wasted they want to know all your personal life then they give you a map of the site which is super big you have to manage on your own to find your accommodation. I even saw people struggling to find their accommodation. There is a shuttle which is available 1 time out of 2 and you often have to wait for it to move around the site in short for me personally bad experience never again... (too much slope to climb on foot)
