We were quite happy with the hotel, which was fairly new and service staff were very helpful. While preparing my toast, a staff came back again to offer a tray. The common area was fairly adequate with a lot of seating, access to a microwave, small stove and fridge. As an added bonus, there is aluminium foil and plastic wrap available. Room size was decent, and the design of the layout was good. The hotel seems to be in the middle of nowhere, and it was noticed staff were extra careful to explain with the restaurants nearby.

Comfortable and clean. But the location is not convenient. Little restaurants nearby. There’s one grill meat restaurant with two minutes walking distance from the hotel. However when we arrived at 6:30pm, even they have tables available, they don’t allow us to dine in, so ridiculous! Finally, we went to a steak restaurant (called Louis) operated by a couple and the steak is Japanese beef steak and so yummy. Highly recommended when you stay in this hotel.

Excellent cleaning.with a spectacular ocean view. Down side: lack of amenities support in the hotel and the hotel location is really remote so I hope there should be breakfast provided for the travelers.

the hotel is very new and clean with big room compared with other japan biz hotel. You can view the sunrise from the room However, there is no dining and onsen facilities. For dining, you can drive 10 min to Kumano which has a good variety of restaurants. Overall the hotel is great and the staff is very helpful

It's owned by Marriott, very good, the room is big, the location is relatively small, it may be more convenient to drive a car, the front desk lady is very enthusiastic and speaks good English. It's a pity that there is no breakfast, maybe the location is too remote, there are not many guests, so breakfast is not prepared. As soon as you go out, you can see the beach, very quiet, very good hotel.

Very good hotel, booked a sea view room, facing the sea. The hotel room is spacious and clean, the bed is big and comfortable. The hotel facilities are complete, there is a microwave oven available in the lobby on the first floor, and 24-hour coffee (not freshly ground). The room design is great, there is a sliding door between the washbasin and the room, open it is bright, and closed it will not affect the other person's rest when washing. There are supermarkets around, but relatively few restaurants. If you walk a little further, there are relatively more stores.

We arrived at night. We couldn't see the surrounding environment. There was a big supermarket next to it, but there were not many places to eat. There was a barbecue restaurant very close, but reservations were required. The next morning, we woke up and found that the beach opposite the hotel was super beautiful. We saw the sunrise. The chartered car driver said that this beach is the birthplace of sea turtles. If you charter a car, it is highly recommended!

Very high-end hotel, no complaints. Next to the JR station and bus station. There is also a very large supermarket. It is very convenient to go to Kumano and Shingu. The nearby town is very quiet.
