3-Star Hotels in Miami Beach

Love this place but next time i will not go during summer as summer is way too hot to enjoy the walks you can do in m****illes. Amazing seafood and people are so much nice here compared to Paris. Stay by the Old Port, not further down as it becomes a little dodgy and a bit scary at night further down the old port stretch. You can walk to all the attractions or take a short bus ride everywhere.

Worst hotel experience I've had in my entire life. Please don't stay here, it's not worth it at all! 1. The hotel is right next door to a nightclub that blasts aggressive EDM from 10pm to 7:30am, even on weekdays (I stayed here on a Wednesday). I wore heavy duty earplugs, a pillow over my head, and took sleeping pills, and I still wasn't able to fall asleep due to the thumping music that vibrated the whole room. There is no one at the front desk to help, and no one picks up the hotel phone line after hours. 2. On the rare occasion that someone is at the front desk, they are extremely rude and unhelpful. The morning after the nightmarish stay, I went down to ask the manger (Sam) to change my room due to reason 1. He just shook his head, told me to suck it up because I had already paid for my unrefundable stay, and that there was nothing he could do. He said all the rooms were full. When I showed him that there was still availability when I checked online, he said that those rooms were even louder than my room, so I'll be even more unhappy there. Whenever I offered more solutions, he would interrupt me and shake his head and tell me to suck it up. I almost had a panic attack out of frustration, shock at the poor customer service, and lack of sleep. If I were to collapse, he probably would have just told my corpse to suck it up. 3. The room itself was fine, nothing special, solid 2 or 3 star quality. However when we walked in we were overwhelmed by a strong, chemical-y, lemon smell. I'm guessing this was because the rooms aren't properly cleaned and are instead sprayed with cheap Febreze. The smell gave us a headache, so we had to leave immediately and open the windows while we were gone. When we came back, we tried to turn on the AC but it didn't work. We called the front desk but no one was there at 9pm. We had to just suck it up, as Sam would have said.

Was excited to find a cute hotel, with great photos & reviews, that was so close to the beach. We were in for a shock. The only parking available was three blocks away. We had to walk, with our luggage, through sketchy hell. Then we got to the address, only to find a Tshirt shop. After making a few phone calls, we finally found the very small, dark entrance. We drug our luggage up the stairs, trying to be hopeful, only to find a dark hallway. (The lights were burnt out I assume) We opened the door and almost fell down. Whatever they clean the floors with is the most sticky substance. Even after we left the next day, I was slipping all over the airport floor. The room looked rough!! (See pics) Everything was very worn and dirty. The area outside the hotel was sketchy. I would feel safer walking down Bourbon in New Orleans, in the middle of the night, by myself. Even the beach in this area was filthy and littered in trash. A homeless man was washing his junk in the beach shower. (Not the hotels fault but still helpful with the stay) Coral Gables area would be a much better bet

Atmosphere incredibly contemporary sheik decor surrounded by lush tropical gardens makes for a pleasant stay. Rooms fitted with top notch beds aligned with cloud fluffy mattress' sure to glide you into a dream oasis. Music abundantly rocks while the mega screen quenches the sports fanatics thirst. Adorned with a Xtra large pool table to keep any finger twitch happy. Get here rest easy by the pool or sip lightly on a cocktail in the bar. All inclusively generated at the Generator. Lettea attest to it.

The room was space for two person, I found that the pillow are so soft which is didn't feel good at night. The faucet in the bath tub is so complicated thatch was scared to open the first time coz it was very tight, so I force it to open but at my surprise it pour out excessively.

I had an excellent experience! Clean room always good service 4 clean towels I could work and after enjoy the beach, Ocean Drive , Lincoln Road and Collins What else ? The employees are very kind if you need something so what else , go and enjoy for pleasure or work

Loved the location, friendly staff and colorful retro vibe! Hector is an AMAZING bartender, we enjoyed a fabulous dinner and drinks in the bar area. Cocktails were clever, bruschetta, bang bang cauliflower and shrimp ceviche were fresh and flavorful share plates. So glad the dining was so good, given that thunderstorms kept us in. Will be back!

I recently stayed at this hotel and, overall, it wasn’t bad. The rooms are a bit dated but manageable. The location is excellent, being close to the beach and the main street where you can find shops and restaurants. However, our experience was far from perfect. When we arrived at the hotel, it was pouring rain. We waited in the taxi for a few minutes but decided to start unloading our luggage to avoid additional taxi charges. As we were on our honeymoon, we had a lot of luggage. My husband went to ask for help, and the bellboy, instead of assisting him, waited patiently under the cover at the door while my husband unloaded five suitcases, a stroller, and two backpacks with our umbrella! When I entered, I told the bellboy that this was not acceptable service. Working in hotels myself, I know this is poor service. He could have helped my husband instead of watching him get drenched. His response was that the hotel didn’t have umbrellas, which I found absurd. During check-in, I expressed my disappointment to the receptionist, perhaps a bit sternly. Her response was even less cordial than mine, stating that if I had told her, she would have lent me an umbrella but that the hotel doesn’t have any. Out of courtesy, I won’t name the receptionist, but I believe the hotel needs to review their standards and ensure their employees can find better solutions and respond more kindly. I spoke with a manager, suggesting that having umbrellas could help guests. Honestly, I felt like my suggestion went in one ear and out the other. I definitely will NOT return to this hotel! We spent the first four days of our trip at another hotel on Ocean Drive, and they provided a high level of hospitality and care for their guests.

The price is cheap, the environment is good, and the sleep is quiet. There is a 150-way airport bus next to the hotel. Most of the waiters at the front desk are dedicated and enthusiastic, but the personal attitude is cold and impatient. Also, when booking, it was clear that there was free parking, but when I arrived at the scene, I said no, and the attitude was not very good.
