Good location. Breakfast is ok, however guests have to queue to get in the restaurant, as they check for each room in their system, if breakfast is included or not. Because of this, in peak hour it may be necessary to queue 15 minutes or more to enter the breakfast room. Providing guests with breakfast vouchers upon check in would be more efficient.

Great location but staff were unhelpful. No consierge for 2/3 days of our stay, room wasn’t very nice. We told the hotel we were on honeymoon and they did nothing at all to make our stay special! Won’t be staying again.

The location is really good, just a short Uber ride away from most of the attractions. My friend and I enjoyed the clean room and the continental breakfast. The staff were very friendly. Nearby is the Angel of Independence.

I rarely write bad reviews unless I can't help it. I stayed in this hotel for 4 days. The hotel smelled musty, and my rhinitis relapsed. The air conditioner was as noisy as a tractor, the carpet looked very dirty, and the toilet was very small. In the end, because I misread the flight time and didn't want to move, I booked an extra night and upgraded to a suite. As a result, the hotel had a power outage and I couldn't even take a shower. I asked for a pair of slippers, but they said they would send them up, but I waited for more than an hour without any response. A pair of slippers was left in the room when the previous room was moved out. I asked them to look for them that afternoon, and I went to the front desk three times before I finally got them. The power in the room came back in the middle of the night, and it was so bright that I couldn't sleep. When I got up in the morning, the restaurant was out of power again. It was amazing to have breakfast with a small table lamp. I forgot to say that the air conditioning in the 1,600 suite had problems with cooling, and the elevator was broken. When I checked out, I climbed down from the eighth floor with a huge suitcase. The only four stars are for the aunt who cleans the house more diligently.

The location is very good, with complete facilities nearby and everything within walking distance. The service is also very good. The facilities are a bit lacking, the wash basin splashes when opened, the windows cannot be opened, and the air conditioner cannot heat.

The overall price-performance ratio is good
