Summer Island Maldives Resort Reviews

This was amazing place, even despite coming in October during rainy season. Service was exceptional from the begging- person awaiting us on the airport, speed boat transfer late evening, with nice welcome and service (water/towels/wifi) We arrived late evening, so dinner packages were ready in the room. All Incl package was nice however we missed some food in between breakf-lunch and dinner. Issue is wifi which was not working properly/everywhere. Normally i think its ok as we do not need internet on such vacations, but as we needed to work one day it was hard. Again anyways. Great service. Hospitality of staff in restaurant and bar too. Also reception who gave us a chance of later checkout. It was very convenient as we travelled with 2yrs old toddler. Room was spacious, kept clean every day properly + water bottles delivered daily. Good snorkling trips for free provided daily.

The beach outside the hotel is good for snorkeling, the breakfast and dinner are average, the facilities in the room are complete, but the sheets and quilts are not very new. The scenery of the beach is beautiful.

I was quite satisfied with the hotel. I originally thought it was a four-star island, but after I went there, it exceeded my expectations a bit. Except for the lack of a beach, everything else should have met our expectations for Maldives.

We chose the hotel for diving. It is accessible by boat from the airport. And that is good. The price-quality ratio is excellent. The food, rooms, and cleanliness are excellent. The diving is super! What was not ideal was the sand at the entrance to the water, there were broken corals, but you can do without reef slippers. And I would not recommend the hotel for families with children: there is nothing for them in terms of entertainment. But there were a lot of people who brought their elderly parents here…

Very good hotel, good value for money! Rich breakfast, different dinner every day, Italian, Mexican, Asian, etc. The room is clean, cleaned twice a day, mineral water, tea, coffee are provided. The beach is very good and clean. Suitable for couples. If you bring children, they may be a little bored because there is no children's playground in the hotel.

The hotel exceeded expectations, the rooms were clean, cleaning was done every day, the food was delicious.

The speedboat ride from the airport took 60 minutes and the return took about 45 minutes. The weather was pretty bad when we went there, the waves were high, and the shaking was scary. It looks like you can go there by seaplane. I stayed at Superior Vista, but there were so many trees that I couldn't really see the sea from the balcony. The room was clean, the air conditioner worked well, and the shower had hot water and perfect water pressure. There are two 1ℓ bottles of water in the room, which are refilled every time the room is cleaned. There was sushi for rice! The tuna was fresh and delicious. There was a lot of variety and it was fun. When I stayed there, I didn't meet any Japanese people, but there were mostly Western customers. We saw a lot of fish while snorkeling. We also found sharks and rays! it's recommended.
