Nice hotel in a historical building, right next to the Zocalo. Our room faced the side street so the noise level was tolerable. Location was excellent as it was so close to major sights in the historical area, the night bus stop and the Metro.

It has extremely convenient location and the hotel building itself has a long history. Very good view from the small balcony in the room. The lift is manually controlled so you can feel the history of the hotel. Staff is very friendly.

We had to leave the hotel after only one night. The noise from the Zocalo was intolerable.

There was no air conditioning, it was scorching outside, and I didn’t sleep all night. It was the most unforgettable night in Mexico!

el hotel es muy antiguo hace falta mantenimiento a las habitaciones, la ubicación es excelente pero a veces es imposible poder dormir con tanto ruido que hay externo. la puerta del balcón en malas condiciones , no cerraba y, todo se escucha de una habitación a otra. los colchones de las camas bien, la presión del agua muy buena, las toallas de baño como la ropa de cama baño muy viejo. The hotel is very old, the maintenance is needed in the rooms, the location is excellent but sometimes it is impossible to sleep because of the extreme noises from the outside. The balcony door is in poor condition, it doesn’t close well everything can be heard from a room to another. The mattresses beds are good, the water pressure is very good, the bath towels and the bedding are very used and needs to be replaced. It is a hotel with much to be desired.

The service was friendly, the staff was able to resolve some problems related to breakfast quickly. It was a nice place with a nice view of the zócalo at every breakfast.

It bothered me a little that the restaurant on the terrace was reserved on the day of the firm group's concert in the zócalo. We couldn't enjoy it from the hotel since my room didn't have a balcony and they weren't available.

Very good location

The hotel asked a car to go to the airport, but didn't feel embarrassed to refuse. The normal fare was 99, but the driver charged 250. He said that the hotel let it, because it's okay to catch a plane. The hotel is really poor in equipment and hygiene.

Failure in the shower and hot water. There must be hot water 24 hours.
