It was such an amazing stay at the hotel. Everything was okay, but it was quite far from the city centre if you go on foot.

Location is in the middle of the city (close to everywhere) and very easy to find. Price is very affordable.

The service was quite good, even tho the hotel room is old and seem to be taring apart, but it's still worth it because the smile and laugh at this hotel, the food is 5/10 , but for you who is introvert like me staying in this quite hotel will be a big pleasure, huge room and huge lobby quite place, perfect

Hotel Tasneem itself is very comfortable and clean, very suitable for family vacations or solo trips. The location is strategic, close to the city center and legendary culinary places in Jogja. This hotel is so disgusting!!! 🤢🤮🤮🤮 (1) The water was cold halfway through the shower. The front desk admitted that this problem often happens. (2) The faucet in the toilet was rusty and yellow and could not be used. The faucet knob was disgusting. (3) The air conditioner was broken! The staff came to see it and said it was broken and could not be used. (4) The service attitude was extremely bad. I couldn't sleep at 4 o'clock in the morning. I went to ask for an explanation but no one responded. I complained to the manager, but the manager disappeared. I recorded all the evidence and posted it online. I agreed to refund. (5) They went back on their word. After agreeing to refund in full, they had no direction. I contacted Ctrip to communicate, but the hotel refused to admit that they would not refund. It was disgusting. The service attitude was extremely bad. It was so disgusting. (6) The sound insulation was extremely poor. I could hear the voices from the next door in the middle of the night. It was very disgusting. Everyone should avoid it! Finally, Ctrip is actively solving the problem. I am finally relieved.
