I wish I could rate this place higher. The room smelled like cigarette, people were loitering in the parking lot in their cars, the bed was at least 10 years old, the shower leaked, something as simple as painting the bathroom and getting rid of the smoke smell would have gotten it a good rating for the value. I have only stayed in one worse place in my life, that was on the other side of the world for $8! Oh and a lady got arrested during my stay. I did sleep ok, the noise wasn’t too bad and at least nobody cleaned my room during my visit, so I’m certain nothing went missing from my bag. It’s that bad of a place. You guys have a lot to work on!

Avoid this place like the plague. I read the wrong reviews and the consequence was a really bad stay. Good thing we only needed to sleep and then leave the followibg morning.

awful dirty smelly stairwells might well have been outside in a public carpark no tv service hotel needs closed and refurbished the worst place i have stayed in

Front desk is very helpful, rooms were clean but my towels weren't. That's my only issue, everything was good during our stay

It’s a little bit dirty, and doesn’t look safe, but the bed is comfortable.

The lady at the front desk was very helpful and empathetic. My stay here has been very good. Housekeeping is always willing to go above and beyond with a positive attitude.

Not much to offer here n the health issues would make you think twice this is literally a last resort. Most of the housekeepers are nice but then you got a couple that are just miserable and the security and a few front desk clerks think they are godly n can’t do no wrong.

Nice location,the room is ok

We loved the room and they gave the children a Christmas party yesterday. They gave out many gifts

Very bad place

Honestly this could have been a much better experience as the room was fine but when I got my room keys they did not work because of something wrong with the locks. I went back to the front desk at 1 am to tell the lady that my keys for my room did not work. She said unlikely but maybe the lock died. I then mentioned maybe you can give me a new room or replace the key. She said no. I said okay can you help call someone to get into my room. She said yes but as I waited for a response she said go back to your room and someone will come. I said okay but when will someone come as I didn’t hear a response. She then started getting mad at me and giving me a very nasty attitude that someone was coming. Honestly the man showed up and said the lock needed to get reprogrammed in the morning but did let me into the room although if I left at all my keys would not work so basically being help captive in my own room unless I had to call maintanece again x Honestly. 3/10 stay as I will not be staying again for bad customer service as I don’t like being yelled at for a key not working because that was not my fault.

The hotel have some good and bad advantages.They need to hire some more employees that cares about the hotel not just getting a pay check. They didn't have any good but vending machines. Some not all of the staff is helpful and they need to learn how to clean.

The hotel location wasn't bad. Loved the Elvis homage.... room wasn't the cleanest, bathroom and walls could use a good clean and paint job. Didn't have breakfast. So I can't say much. But for the price I paid, I can't complain. Don't mind going back there.

I loved it I needed a sort getaway
