From start to finish the service was outstanding. The staff were so friendly and nothing we requested was a bother. The apar**ent had all necessities, was clean and had a balcony which was great. The location was excellent. It was close to supermarkets, shopping and restaurants. Highly recommended the Sebel Moonee Ponds and will definitely stay here again.
The hotel is a bit far from the Melbourne CBD and there are trams nearby. About 10-15 minutes walk to Costco and Woolworths. The environment and facilities in the hotel are very good, you can cook by yourself, if you come again, it is highly recommended
Pros: The view from the property was absolutely breathtaking and truly beautiful.
Cons: We visited during winter, and the bedroom was incredibly cold. There was no air conditioning in the bedroom (only in the living room). The bedding provided was just a thin synthetic/fleece blanket sandwiched between two sheets. When I requested more from the front desk, they provided two additional blankets of the same type, which was still not comfortable enough.
Housekeeping & Service: During our 5-day stay, housekeeping never visited, and the trash was never emptied. Finding staff at the front desk was also a challenge; it often seemed unattended or understaffed, especially outside peak hours. All the staff we encountered, particularly at the front desk, were Indian, and we experienced consistent difficulties with communication.

The Sebel Melbourne Flinders Lane is an all suite upscale boutique hotel in stylish Flinders Lane, renowned as the centre of the Melbourne fashion district. Featuring self contained apartments, each with a kitchenette, spacious living and bedroom areas, it is the ideal place to relax or experience the Melbourne vibe. Attractions close by include shopping, restaurants, cafes and bars. The main sporting venues and transport are all located within easy access.
It is very convenient at the pier. It can cook rice, there are pots and stoves, and a big bed is relatively small. It is recommended to have a two-bed house with a family of three. Breakfast is simple, filling your stomach is no problem.
