I had lost my wallet before arrival and the guys here went above and beyond to do everything they could for me. When I did get into my room I was impressed with what I saw. Had everything I needed even down to clothes washing detergent.

Location is great as it’s near to great coffee places. Queen Victoria Market is within a walking distance or within a few free tram stops. The carpet probably needs cleaning. However for the location and view of the Supreme Court outside our balcony, i would book here again. This is my 2nd time here. Great for families as they have a kitchenette with a big fridge.

The room we stayed in was not a real Wyndham Hotel, which was very disappointing. 1. We booked a two-bedroom, one-living room room, which was not cheap. When we arrived, we found that it was a privately owned apartment room managed by the hotel. One bedroom had no windows, and the furniture and appliances were not standard hotel ones. 2. The hotel reception and the apartment building are not together. After checking in, you have to go out of the hotel door and swipe the card to enter the apartment door next door. There are spring couplets hanging in the next room. 3. The hotel is in a good location, in the free tram area, and within walking distance to the central business district. 4. When we checked in, an Indian-looking front desk staff member took us to find the room and promoted a day trip all the way, which felt very strange. 5. The room has kitchenware and a washing machine, which is very convenient. It is suitable for families to stay. There is a swimming pool on the roof, which is shared by the hotel and the residents of the same building.

The family-style accommodation makes you feel at home. It is very close to the Victoria Market, where you can buy groceries in the morning and cook in the evening. The room also provides salt and pepper and all kitchen supplies. The disadvantage is that the room type is a bit small.

I stayed here with my parents. The hotel is in a good location and is within walking distance of the skybus stop. The hotel is clean and the front desk staff is friendly.

This is a knock-off version of Wyndham. I suggest you don't stay there! The key is that Ctrip has already paid, and the hotel charged again after checking out!

When an old Asian man checked us in, he gave us a very poor room. Later, we asked to change rooms, and a white waiter (the only one who made us feel good) changed us to a better room. When we checked out, we were half an hour late due to the large number of suitcases and luggage. During this half hour, we were urged by the waiter 7 times (three of which he kept knocking on the door to urge us). (We were in Melbourne for nearly a month, and in other hotels The hotel also had a lot of luggage and would check out later, but I was never pressed). Because of the rush, my wife cut her arm on the kitchen mirror cabinet in a panic. Moreover, the Chinese waiter in the hotel deliberately did not speak Chinese even though he knew that we were Chinese tourists. He still only communicated with us in Chinese when he cut his arm and asked if he could speak Chinese. I asked him if he was every customer. You all urged me so rudely, he said that they all urged me like this, and I asked why someone was still checking out more than an hour after I checked out? He said he was also urged, but I don’t understand how any customer can withstand this kind of urging for an hour and a half? I would like to say to the Asian or Chinese waiters in this hotel that if a foreign tourist comes to China, the Chinese will definitely try their best to communicate with him. Even if they look in an English dictionary, they will not discriminate against the foreigner because he does not speak Chinese. No. Isn’t it natural that your people are not proficient in your language? Is your civilization just a slogan?
