The flat is clean and the hotel is very attentive. They provide every amenities I needed. We are all very happy. However needs improvement in the reception service.

Rooms amazing excellent size, beds extremely comfortable absolutely beautiful. Staff all extremely helpful, perfect location honestly great choice if staying in the city.

I had lost my wallet before arrival and the guys here went above and beyond to do everything they could for me. When I did get into my room I was impressed with what I saw. Had everything I needed even down to clothes washing detergent.

Location is great as it’s near to great coffee places. Queen Victoria Market is within a walking distance or within a few free tram stops. The carpet probably needs cleaning. However for the location and view of the Supreme Court outside our balcony, i would book here again. This is my 2nd time here. Great for families as they have a kitchenette with a big fridge.

The room is clean, but the decoration is a bit problematic, for example, there are two wall-mounted machines in one hall, and there are no windows in both rooms. In one room, you have to climb over the bed to get to the bathroom. The highlight is that there is a balcony and the price is cheap. The location is also very good

A family of four booked a two-bedroom room, which was large enough. The room was clean and tidy, and the kitchen utensils were complete and clean, but we only stayed for one night and didn't need to cook. We drove ourselves, and there was a large parking lot nearby. If I remember correctly, it was 30 or 35 Australian dollars for overnight stay, which could be settled at the hotel. There is an outdoor heated swimming pool on the roof. It was cold in the morning and I took my kids up to test the water. It was warm and nice. In the morning light, hot air balloons floated in the sky, which was a very unforgettable scene.

The room we stayed in was not a real Wyndham Hotel, which was very disappointing. 1. We booked a two-bedroom, one-living room room, which was not cheap. When we arrived, we found that it was a privately owned apartment room managed by the hotel. One bedroom had no windows, and the furniture and appliances were not standard hotel ones. 2. The hotel reception and the apartment building are not together. After checking in, you have to go out of the hotel door and swipe the card to enter the apartment door next door. There are spring couplets hanging in the next room. 3. The hotel is in a good location, in the free tram area, and within walking distance to the central business district. 4. When we checked in, an Indian-looking front desk staff member took us to find the room and promoted a day trip all the way, which felt very strange. 5. The room has kitchenware and a washing machine, which is very convenient. It is suitable for families to stay. There is a swimming pool on the roof, which is shared by the hotel and the residents of the same building.

I would like the shower room door to be made of frosted glass or colored glass that blocks the view of the inside, rather than clear glass.

The house is clean and tidy, there is a dishwasher which is very convenient, the kitchen supplies are very complete, but the two bedrooms are a bit small

The hotel is well-equipped with facilities around it. It is very close to the free bus station and the airport bus station. The room is very large and has a balcony. The room is clean and well-equipped with toiletries.
