Was a great location. Tram stop right out front. Didn't use the facilities (pool, sauna, gym) but checked them out. All look good. Unfortunately the pool is outside and not heated. Room was a little smaller than expected from pictures but was perfect for what we needed.

This property is very close to everything. Staff are kind & helpful, easy check in & check out. Clean, comfy bed with modern bathroom however the floor quite slippery when wet it needs bathroom rail it's risky & dangerous to fall which is safety & health issues I hope the management will look into this matter. Other than that, my stay was pleasant & consider to stay here again in my future trips. I highly recommend to travellers to stay in this hotel.

Excellent breakfast. Chef cook with passion. Food comes in small portions and frequently top up. Location is excellent. Very close to Chinatown

Booked this for my parents because I stayed there before. Would highly recommend this place. Going back to the hotel feels like home. The room (more like a studio or one bedroom apartment) was very spacious and you can treat it like a short-term stay as the room had everything you need. You can watch tv, cook and even do your laundry, all within the confines of your very spacious living space.

Good hotel just in the epicentre of Melbourne city life. Spacious room, daily cleaning, online chek in and out, free tram stop nearby. Tea/coffee and kettle in the room. Comfortable beds. Gym and pool on 6th floor, but did not visited. Saw moths in the bathroom.

It was a nice stay with a great room and the Manager was lovely his English is. Terrific. And I have a feeling that he does all this work on his own.

Very good service. Here very good. Staff so nice. We have night flight we can left the luggage here by no need to pay anything more. Just we would like to give you improve about some cleaning because a lot of dust in the room makes us cough because of dust and winter should have some hotel slippers in the room. Everything good and connivence. Thank you. We feel very happy rest here when travel at Melbourne.

Excellent, useful area to walk around CBD, staff friendly and helpful. It has kitchen , microwave, dishwasher, plates,... Feeling safe when stay in here. In addition, here is very good place for people who is going to book to go to Mt Buller online because that is where the bus will pick up people in the early morning. It also has $45 carpark for customer ( other way I paid $82 for another carpark from 5am to 8pm because I was stayed at another hotel on the first day when I was going to Mt Buller)

The Causeway is situated in an excellent location right in the centre of Melbourne city. It is exceptionally quiet at night. The staff were very friendly and helpful and it was great to be able to store our luggage as we arrived earlier than check in. There is no food provision but there are many cafes and restaurants nearby.
