5 minutes walk to harram near to local shops helpful staff. Housekeeping on top 5* Yunus was very helpful management very good. They always dropped off fruit complementary very good lift management security staff very helpful overall good 10 for this hotel

Worst cleaning staff I have ever seen. They refuse to clean my room and I have literally begged them for 2 days. I call service, talk to them personally, put on cleaning card but they always say «we will come» but they never come. I live in floor 6. They dont respect you as customer and I would never come back. Save yourself and avoid this hotel if you care about cleaniness because they don’t.

The room is fairly fine, the beds are very comfortable. The Hotel is very close to the Haram, less than 5 minutes walk. The staff are extremely friendly and cooperative, they even call you to make sure you're doing well and ask if you need something. The check in and out were so smooth and fast.

This is a horrible hotel!! Do not stay here! When we arrived to check in, the room was dirty and soiled from previous guests. When the manager came with the cleaning staff, he screamed at them in the most horrible awful evil way possible, he screamed at them like they were not humans. If you want to support a company that treats their employees and customers in such a terrible way then book this hotel. Managers name is Mohammed Mubeen and he was the worst person I have ever met, he really is so undignified and rude to his employees. The AC did not work and it was 36 degrees and they could not fix it. Instead of moving our hotel room, they sent a man to the hotel with room with a ladder to fix it. Ruining our experience. I would never stay here again, it was the worst experience.

Excellent service from hygiene to breakfast..only few minutes away from haram. All the amenities are close by food places hotels car parking Taxis ect. Breakfast was a variety of all food waht you will expect in normal hotel,food was hot and plenty to choose from.
