It was a great experience staying in the hotel. All staff are so nice and helpful. They really take care of kids. We went swimming with our kids every morning. They even prepared new toys for that! How sweet! The location of the hotel is excellent and it’s quiet and safe around. It has a large shopping mall next to it that you just need to cross the gate from the 2nd floor from the hotel. So convenient! We will definitely recommend to our friends of it! Thanks all the staff for a pleasant stay.

Second time come and near the shopping mall

The location of the hotel is perfect. There are 2 malls, a pharmacy, a starbucks, a restaurant on a walking distance, so a lot to do. Regarding the hotel itself, the staff is very pleasant, really friendly. The service they give is excellent, always with a smile on their faces and very attentive. For example, the staff that made us breakfast, Mr. Juan Jose, made us feel at home. The front desk staff, the house keeping ..... you name it. In a few words, this hotel was the best option for us and the service was excellent.

This hotel is the most satisfying when I come to Medellin for business. There are many shopping malls nearby, and this area is very safe. If I have the opportunity to travel on business again in the future, I will definitely stay here again

A wonderful experience. The attention of the ENTIRE work group is excellent. Friendly. Respectful. I would highlight Oswaldo the waiter. Diego the bellboy, Veronica the waitress and in general all these wines 8 days and I loved everything. The spacious rooms very comfortable beds. Thank you we hope to return.

I stayed in this hotel again. The hotel front desk was very surprised and insisted to spend the items in the mini bar before leaving. Unfortunately, the communication in the Spanish-speaking area was not very smooth. The breakfast was ok, and everything else was good.

The room is very good and spacious. The staff service is also very good. The surrounding facilities are very good. The restaurant on the second floor is connected to the big supermarket next door, which is very convenient for selling things.

The location is good, there is a corridor directly connected to the nearby shopping malls, as shown in the picture. The view of the hotel is also good, as you can see the night view in the picture. The biggest failure is that there is a peculiar smell when entering the door, and there are hairs on the bed sheets. The quilt also smells, annoying!
