Business Hotel Taihei Annex Reviews

Staffs were so kind and gentle. We enjoyed the view. And the window was widely spread. The air was so good. Domo arigato gozaimasita.

Decor could be a bit updated, but other than that, no problems. Standard budget business hotel. When searching for the hotel on google maps, make sure to look for “Business Hotel Taihei Annex” rather than Hotel Taihei as the two are about 100m away.

Disappointed by Onsen - since this was the annex, we had to buy tickets for the main hotel, at 700¥ pP and for a single visit only, meaning we would have had to pay the same to go back the same day. For 700¥ we got access to the most famous Dogo Onsen. The whole building is old, run-down and in poor condition.

Not really central but just next to the castle, not much around but you could reach the main areas in around 20/25 minutes by walk or 10 minutes with the tramline.

A nice place to stay at a good cost, the bed was comfy and the staff were very friendly. Don't hesitate, get your own room here NOW!

The first thing they said when I checked in was, "We can't contact you unless you make a reservation through a domestic website." If that's the case, they should make it so that you can't make reservations. I gave them my phone number and address as asked and checked in. Although my first impression was bad, they were polite in explaining the rental of yukata and amenities, and they were also kind enough to help me rent a bicycle. The non-smoking room smelled of cigarettes, but I knew about it and it was within the range of what I could tolerate. There are not many shops in the area, but it is close to a tram station that can be reached from Ryomatsuyama Station without changing trains, and if you rent a bicycle, you can get to Dogo Onsen in about 10 minutes on a nearly flat road, so I didn't have any particular complaints about the location. Along with the price, this is a hotel that I can recommend.

It's an old place, and they lend you a charger and the service is really good. It's a place that reminds you of the old service. I slept well!! The location is a bit far from convenience stores or Okaido/Dogo. If you like walking and want to sleep cheaply, I recommend it!

The price/performance ratio is very good, only over 200. The place is a bit old, but still hygienic and clean. We stayed in the annex building, and if we wanted to soak in the hot springs, we had to walk out 100 meters past the annex building. There are hot springs on the third and tenth floors, and there are also open-air ones, which are good. However, I think the location is a bit poor. It is a bit far away from the business district and Dogo Onsen.

It's just a short walk from Shimizucho Station, so I didn't feel any inconvenience when getting around.

It's also relatively close to the city tram, so it's easy to access! There seemed to be few amenities, but they lent me a charger which was very helpful!

It's a slightly old business hotel. It's fine if you just want to sleep. The front desk staff was very kind and lent me a USB charger.

위치는 걸어다니는 거 좋아하시면 추천합니다. 그래도 숙소 바로 앞에 도보 1-2분 거리로 트램 역이랑 세븐일레븐 있어서 혼자 다니기도 편리해요. 직원분들 너무 친절하시고 숙소 뷰도 너무 좋았습니다. 마쓰야마성 뒤에 있어서 도보 괜찮으신 분들은 도보로도 이용 가능하고 가성비 숙소로 너무 좋았어요!

호텔 위치가 번화가에서 도보 20분 거리 내외입니다. 뒤로는 마쓰야마성, 근교 공원이 있어 조용하고, 풍경이 좋습니다. 주변 트램도 잘되어있어 여행하는 목적으로는 좋습니다. 걷기 좋아하고 산책하기도 좋아하신다면, 추천드립니다. 편의시설도 잘되어 있고, 호텔 온천과 조식 식당이 잘되어 있습니다.
