This hotel really exceeded my expectations! I booked a superior twin room and the front desk upgraded me for free. The environment is elegant and comfortable, the rooms are spacious and bright, and the facilities are complete and novel. The front desk was super friendly and answered all my questions carefully. 服務很好，前台不同時間值班的幾個小姐姐説話都非常禮貌。而且很貼心，第一天落下了東西很妥善地幫忙收好等我去拿。 住了兩天，第一天幫我們升級了loft房間，第二天也幫忙升級了豪華房，環境乾淨整潔，室內佈置也蠻有設計感，非常不錯的一次體驗，給個好評。

位置非常好離荊州古城近走路就行，停車很方便，酒店周圍吃飯逛街都很方便，屬於比較熱鬧的區域，給升級了大的房間能看見古城牆的夜景，酒店裡麪很大很大，房間很多，感覺出了電梯走了好遠才到房間哈哈，酒店很乾凈樓道香噴噴的，床很大很舒服，浴室乾濕分離，總體感覺很好，前台服務很好幫着拿行李給送到房間，礦泉水給的很充足，滿意很滿意！…

酒店的佈局，顏色，設施我都很喜歡，衞生間都是乾濕分離的很好，暖和，不像有的酒店洗完澡出來凍死了，什麼都挺好，唯一的就是早飯不怎麼樣，最好是指定酒店不要定早飯

親子房這個想法真不錯，滿足和朋友一起帶娃兒的需求，服務態度很好，房間很乾凈，設施都很齊全，早餐口味不錯，還能看到古城夜景。位置也很好找。

性價比很高的酒店，設計很舒服，細節不錯。服務尤其好，打掃過衞生後客房服務人員還會貼心留下卡片問候，前台姑涼細心介紹，還給了一張旅行圖。

對寵物友好，房間還是寬敞，房間超級多，就是走廊有點繞！ 不過不影響，價格和配套成正比！並且在周邊有超市，地理位置也是很棒的了

服務人員比較親切，酒店很不錯，離古城很近，沒事溜達就能去古城了，建議去城牆上走走，沒什麼人，比較幽靜。適合那種追憶往昔的人😄
