Little far from station but good price with good service

Entry to hotel 's mechanical car parking space is difficult to manage。 To avoid scratching our cars, we end up going to the outdoor public parking space nearby. But communication in English is difficult. We end up paying also for the mechanical car parking space.of the hotel. Would appreciate car parking is mechanical type be stated explicitly in the hotel information to avoid misundestanding.

It was the weekend, so I booked a room two days in advance. I didn't book the branch closest to the station. This one was 400-500 meters away, and there was only a smoking room. Fortunately, there was almost no smell of smoke. The room was relatively small, but it was enough to open a 26-inch suitcase. Self-service check-in and check-out, with staff assistance, free breakfast, coffee machine, water dispenser and ice machine, public microwave, luggage delivery, and short-term luggage storage. It was less than a kilometer away from Matsumoto Castle and the Art Museum. The sound insulation between the rooms was not very good, but fortunately everyone was relatively quiet.

Needed a cheap hotel for a short overnight stay. The location is right in the middle between the bus station (10 minutes) and Matsumoto Castle (15 minutes). Standard check-in for the Toyoko chain. You check in yourself, but they help you if you don't know how. Breakfast was included in the price. Nothing fancy, but quite nice. You can have soup, coffee, salads. You can even take it with you. Fortunately, you already pack food in a lunch box :))) The only downside we encountered was our lack of understanding of how to use the air conditioner to heat the room. But again, we pressed all the necessary buttons at the reception and came to the room to fix the situation. Of course, it would be ideal to have a description of the air conditioner controls in English.

It was conveniently located in the center of town, less than 10 minutes from the station! The breakfast was crowded, but the menu changed slightly every day and was delicious! The sound of the water in the other rooms was quite loud at night, and the walls were thin, so there were times when the sound of the hair dryer, loud coughs, and talking could be heard.

Toyoko INN Hotel is the first choice for going to Japan. It is clean and has good service. The hotel is basically a few minutes' walk from the station. The breakfast is good. It is suitable for business and travel accommodation. It is very cost-effective and worth staying. Recommended

The room is big in Japan and very clean. The bed is a hard bed. I slept until the alarm went off. There is also free breakfast! There are a lot of breakfast items and I am very full! I will book Toyoko Inn next time!

We went on a family trip. Because the room was really small, we divided it into two rooms. The single room was for my dad. It was clean and hygienic. Although small, it had everything. There was free breakfast downstairs in the morning. However, the two rooms in one order were not on the same floor, but upstairs and downstairs, which was really inconvenient. Matsumoto is a small city and you can go everywhere on foot. There is a small park downstairs, a barbecue restaurant, and a parco, which is very convenient. It is completely stress-free to walk from the station even with luggage.

Check-in and check-out were easy, it was easy to use, breakfast was provided, and the staff's explanations were very good and I was satisfied.
