Excellent onsen Hotel surrounding with beautiful garden. the staff in the hotel is nice and super-helpful, though I wish they could find more english speaking workers. Room is clean and food is delicious. Wish I could have spent more time in the hotel! Definitely will come back to enjoy!

Very good hotel. Even though the hotel is far from JR station and the JR is very few. Hotel arrange shuttle bus that is corresponding to the JR. it is very convenient. The dinner and breakfast are made by the hotel with traditional style. It really greats.

I have visited various hot spring resorts in Japan five or six times. I have to say that compared with the hotels of the same price I stayed in before, the service, hardware and garden view of Changleyuan are all first-class. The front desk staff are very warm and thoughtful. They will greet the guests from morning to night, remember the needs mentioned by each guest when checking in, and confirm whether they are satisfied at any time. In the morning, I suddenly wanted to go to Tamatsukuri Onsen Station, and the staff immediately drove me there. It rained on the way back at night, and I called the front desk, and they immediately sent a car to pick me up. There is a small imperial garden of a certain emperor in the hotel, which is much better than the scenery of similar hotels in the surrounding area. The most important thing is that the bathing environment is too good. There are many bath towels at the door, so you don’t need to bring bath towels from the room. The hot spring water temperature is very accurate, so you can soak for a longer time. Most hotels have open-air pools that are too hot and indoors that are too stuffy. You want to get out after soaking for a while, but there is no such concern here, which shows that the hotel really cares about the guest experience and hopes that the guests can enjoy comfort. Staying here is a good choice to go to Izumo Taisha and Adachi Museum of Art (it is also convenient to go to Matsue, but there is really nothing to see there). There are multiple shuttle buses to Tamatsukuri Onsen Station in the morning, afternoon and evening. In short, I like these lovely staff very much and will come back to stay again. In addition, there are no restaurants and convenience stores in Tamatsukuri Onsen Town. It all depends on the hotels to provide catering. Try to book a room with dinner, otherwise it will be pitch black at night and there is no place to buy food. The dinner in the hotel is good, traditional Japanese style.

The historic hot spring hotel has very good service. The breakfast and dinner are delicious. The view of the courtyard is also great. I went to the hot springs in the evening and early in the morning. I didn't dare to take the mixed bath, so I went to the women's bath. It is a very cost-effective hotel. I will continue to patronize it if I have the chance.

The service quality is very high. The mixed bathing hot spring provides clothes for men and women, so couples can bathe with peace of mind. There are also separate baths for men and women. There is a Japanese garden in the hotel, and even the room where the Japanese emperor lived can be visited. The food has to be tasty and not too much.

The whole hotel is a courtyard, very beautiful, and there are places that Emperor Showa visited before. There is a viewing room in the courtyard, no one is there, you can lie on the floor and do nothing. The hot spring has an open-air mixed bath, and there are also separate baths for men and women. There is no need for private baths because the bathtub in the room is also hot spring water.
The hotel has English-speaking staff. When you enter the store, everyone greets you, which is very traditional and full of ritual. They will introduce everything in detail, which is very thoughtful. There is a shuttle bus to Tamatsukuri Onsen Station, which is very convenient.
The catering cannot be said to be particularly amazing, but it is of an upper-middle level. The disadvantage may be that the hot spring rest area does not have massage chairs and the like, which is relatively monotonous.

The service is amazing. They guided us from the moment we entered the hotel and asked us about food allergies, whether the towels and bathrobes in the room needed to be changed every day, cleaning time and meal time, and escorted us to the door of the room. One night and two meals, I almost cried after eating, and it cured my problem of not eating fish. Their mixed soup requires special clothes, and there are very few people.
The hotel also has a shuttle bus, see the time in the picture below. I always go out and take the bus to Matsue next door.
There is no hot water in the bathroom of the room, and there is no hot water in the shower. Is it my personal problem?
The projection of Shimane and the hotel's promotional video in the mixed soup has no sound, so disappointing.
The Shimane snacks given by the hotel for two days were all robbed by the deer in Miyajima, so cruel. 😂

The best value for money hot spring hotel I've ever stayed in
The largest open-air mixed bathing hot spring in Japan, with separate bathing areas for men and women
The hot spring hotel has a long history and beautiful decoration. There is a large Japanese garden and walking trails outdoors. You can also visit the room where the Japanese emperor stayed when he visited.
The hotel is filled with different traditional artworks.
The room is big and has a terrace. The bed is very comfortable.
The breakfast is a traditional Japanese breakfast, which includes Shimane's specialty ingredients. The red sea bass is super delicious, and the clam noodle soup is also very sweet.
The service is also very good. There is a free shuttle bus from the JR station. It was snowing heavily on the day of check-in. The driver took me directly to the hotel even though it was not the departure time, so I didn't have to wait in the snow.
When I checked in, they even arranged a private car to take me to the train the next day.
If I come to Songjiang again, I will definitely stay here again

The Ryugu mixed bathing hot spring is very comfortable and there are free skin care products. The staff service is also very good. The store manager has a very good attitude. There is a large courtyard where you can see the Emperor's Palace. The overall experience is very good. There is a lounge in the courtyard. I will stay here again next time.

2 km from the station. There is a shuttle bus. There is a bus at the door. There is a hot spring street with hotels. There are no restaurants. The hotel is very beautiful. There is an open-air mixed bath. It is considered large in Japan. The food is OK. The dishes are exquisite. After all, the price of the food is not high. It is very good.

There is a hot spring hotel of a certain age. The so-called mixed hot spring has clothes to wear, but there is no free ice cream. It seems that there is free coffee. Breakfast and dinner are Japanese style, and the ingredients are seasonal. The environment is very quiet, the courtyard is typical Japanese style, but it is a bit old. If you like traditional Japanese style, you will like it very much
