The best aspect of our stay was the front officer staff and his attentiveness. The worst was the soiled towel we found next to the bed upon check-in as well as the rusted kettle in the room (which was promply exchanged when we showed it). Some of the bath products also looked as if they hadn't been used in some time.

No drink water either room expensive

Convenient place to stay at airport. Good rooms, clean and short walk to domestic terminals

Overall experience is average. There is charge for shuttle to airport. There are only KFC and Mac next to it. Not for my type and there are other hotels in nearby which should be better

Easy to access to domestic terminal.

The hotel is very close to Sydney Airport and can be reached on foot. The hotel is designed in a literary and youthful style and is very exquisitely decorated. However, the faucet in the guest room was blocked, causing some water accumulation. In addition, although the breakfast was Simple but delicious, suitable for travelers departing or arriving by plane

It was very close to the domestic airport, which was very helpful for me as I was exhausted after my flight was suddenly cancelled. Of course, it's a bit of a walk, so it may be difficult if you have a lot of luggage, but it's great that you don't have to use a taxi to get there. Also, even though it's adjacent to the airport, the noise from the planes was hardly an issue.

The room is clean and close to the airport. Very convenient

It was a rather long distance to drag luggage with a child at 11 at night. It was nice to take the airport shuttle in the morning, but It was a shame because it was a long way to get in. The room was large and spacious, but the bathroom was too big and empty. It was a bit scary. Overall, it is clean and satisfactory.

I paid 50 deposit, but they don’t refund that. So bad.
