Great location with friendly staff and very comprehensive amenities. Having two sinks - one in the kitchen and one in the bathroom - was very convenient. However, the hotel doesn’t actually have on-site laundry service for guests, and the toilet seat and toilet paper holder both fell off by the second night. Our room was also never made up in the three nights we stayed there. But for this price, I am very happy with my hotel experience here!!

Great location, walkingdistancefrom everything. Breakfast was included, but nothing to wow about. Overall, it was a nice hotel for the price I've paid. The only one complaint i have is luggage storage time. You can't collect your luggage between 12pm and 3pm, which is very inconvenient. What is the point of closing the storage if the staff there anyway. Otherwise, I would give it a 5 star.

In the evening, order a cold drink in the coffee shop at the pier, sit and watch the sunset shining on the water and the people coming and going, it is still very pleasant.

It is very close to the Old Port of Marseille. I stayed in Room 18, and I could see the Old Port from the window. The service was good. You should pay attention to the business hours of the front desk when storing your luggage. The only drawback may be that it is not soundproof. The motorcycles on the road are a bit noisy at night.

The hotel is in a good location, very close to the port, but not close to the port, which is actually better, it is quieter, the motorcycles in Marseille are humming all night The bathroom in the room has been renovated, so it is very new and clean. 2 nights which were very noisy with the busy street. Mattress that has been used and no shutter for the bathroom which is overlooked. Disappointed

The location was good because it was right next to the port and close to the station. The room was large and relatively clean. The price would be just right if it was a little cheaper.

A stone's throw from the old port, ideally located, close to all amenities. The staff is very professional and welcoming. I highly recommend it!

Good location. The bathrooms are being renovated, like the entire hotel. Housekeeping leaves a little to be desired in the rooms. Hair in the bathroom and furniture. Sink not cleaned.

The location is ideal. The rooms have been recently renovated. The breakfast is simple but effective. However, we do hear outside noise in the evening, which is a bit annoying.
