Hotels with Breakfast in Marrakech

Hotel is conveniently located near Marrakech city centre - the fact that we had a car helped. If you don’t have your own transportation then it is about 2/3 KM from the Jemaah El Fnaa. The hotel was nice and clean although it could do better with new corridor carpet and a lick of paint in the exterior. The service is good but could be better as the bathroom light did not get fixed and towel rail came off despite reporting to receptionist. The hotel is good but could improve in many ways.

There are dirty spots on the sheets, the facilities are very old, the doors are not very good, the central air conditioner doesn't work at all, the cloth stools are very dirty, the hotel is very remote, but there are taxi drivers working at the door, and the nearest one accepts credit cards. The supermarket is about 800 meters away, and the hair dryer is not very easy to use.

A super comfortable hotel with very friendly employees who gave us good service and were attentive to everything. We also wanted to find out about various quad tours, camel tours, dinner shows and they took care of everything and above all at reasonable prices with charming people on each excursion. They work with serious people who make you trust. Thanks to them we have spent an unforgettable vacation with my partner. I would repeat with this hotel. Thank you very much!!!

As usual, the Sofitel Marrakech is my favourite hotel in town. I have been a regular customer for more than 15 years and I still enjoy every minute of my stay over there. The friendliness of the staff, the management and service is just top world-class. I can't wait to return once again to this place which I call my home away from home! Keep up the good work!

The hotel is in great location. Amenities are good pool is good too. But the staff are not well trained in hospitality. The aircon did not work in entire hotel. One of the days the room service did not come and I had to call them 3 time to get my room done. I even asked one day to warm my takeaway but they refused bcoz it’s hotel policy not to consume any outside food even in your rooms, how absurd!! My suggest is stay away if you can

After check-in, the socket in the room suddenly exploded, and the whole room was out of power! Then I changed the room a little better. Both rooms are not very clean!
