We are sorry to read of your dissatisfaction. We hope you enjoyed all the other services of the resort, such as our Thalasso SPA with purified and heated seawater pools, the beach and the services of the bathing establishment comfortable and spacious, the room assigned for size and cleanliness and the free minibar, all services always included in our rates in addition to the use of an outdoor swimming pool with seawater and the car valet parking. Dear Mr David, all our services included in the rate are clearly indicated in all the phases of choice, booking and confirmation of the room, as well as explicitly communicated verbally (together with the timetable) at check-in by our staff, who are available 24 hours a day to provide any kind of information at the reception/concierge desk. As we said in response to another review by your group of friends, our wait staff is always attentive and ready to quickly satisfy all guest requests, even on occasions like yours when many people and groups of friends arrive almost simultaneously for breakfast and service times can inevitably be a bit longer, despite the fact that we have an adequate number of staff and work seriously and with commitment. Mr Steve, we are sorry to read your dissatisfaction. As we said in response to another review by your group of friends, our dining room staff is always attentive and ready to respond quickly to all guest requests, even on occasions such as yours when so many people and groups of friends arrive almost simultaneously for breakfast and service times can inevitably be a little long, despite the fact that we have an adequate number of staff and work seriously and with commitment. True, we still protect the buffet because we care about the health of our guests as well as that of our employees who still wear masks, at a time when the covid is not yet over, quite the contrary. Regarding club sandwiches, we confirm that they are prepared daily by our chef. In your case, you ordered it at the outdoor pool bar where it was served but not prepared, so it was not available for immediate serving.
