Hotels in Bonifacio Global City, Manila

Our check-in and check-out time was 3:00 PM and 11:00 AM, but due to some errands, we checked in around 4:00 PM in the late afternoon. The staff and their contact center were very accommodating. We did not encounter any issues at all. The room was nice and clean. It’s very spacious for 4 people. We also enjoyed the amenities provided. My partner also enjoyed the Xbox, but the only complaint he had was that it only has one controller, but nonetheless, he enjoyed playing. My friends also enjoyed the experience since it is near the landmarks of BGC. Literally beside Uptown Mall and other establishments. They also let us check out late without any penalty because they understand and consider their consumers situation. The original checkout time was 11:00 AM, but they let us check out at 12:00 noon after explaining what happened. I would highly recommend booking this place because I will again. HAHAHA

The host is very responsive and took care of all our request prior to arrival specifically the parking. They made sure that we checked in comfortably.  It is a home but with a hotel type of service. The condo staff are also very polit and would open the doors for you. Their cleaners also made sure to provide us the requested supplies we needed during the stay. The toilteries are complete! from shampoo, soaps, shower caps, slippers and comb! - these stuff usually is only available in hotels. We also used the washing machine which helped us get clean clothes before we left.  Is it worth our money? Yes, and I will surely book in this place or with the same host again. They view is also very stunning! By the way, if booking 7 days they have free airport shuttle service!

It's a great hotel in a really good location. The staff are soo friendly, nothing is too much for them. There is an amazing rooftop bar where you can eat and drink. It's the third time of staying there and I will return. Highly recommended

The only aspect I appreciate about this hotel is its location; otherwise, I'm not a fan. The staff do not seem particularly friendly, and I was initially checked into a room type that I did not book. I’m unsure if this was intentional or not. When I inquired with the staff, they provided me with unreasonable explanations that I found unacceptable. The building is often very crowded, and the breakfast area is consistently filled with people, yet there aren't enough staff members to clean the tables or manage food preparation. Additionally, I noticed some staff members were simply chatting instead of attending to their duties.

Everything is exceptional. Every detail and area inside the hotel is carefully thought of and service needs are anticipated ahead. The complimentary cake and Wedding Anniversary greeting props made our stay extra special.

The Grand Hyatt Manila Staff were polite, very accomodating, and friendly. Extra commendation for the staff's excellent command of English. The room and facilities were top-notch, and the stay overall was very pleasant. I highly recommend staying at this hotel and would book again here.

Great Location near the mall and the establishments, the room is big and spacious good for the family vacation

This hotel is based within BGC, so it's very safe and convenient. The room itself is comfortable with a nice bed, decent shower/ toilet and international outlets for charging. In terms of price, this is the best deal actually within BGC rather than slightly outside it. For convenience sake this is a big deal. Things are new inside and there is a Samsung TV good wifi with fast speeds all the time. Negative would be that room service does not clean up daily, so you will accumulate rubbish if you don't ask them to come clean. Additionally the towels are not replaced daily and you may need to ask for fresh ones. If you ask you shall receive.. so better to ask the staff if you want something. Please also keep it mind you get shower gel, hand-wash some toilet paper and towels. No comb no shaver no toothbrush no toothpaste. Bring your own. Summary, clean nice within BGC and the best value available.

The room smells old. The dryer/washer is tricky in order for it to run.The house keeping doesn’t check the body wash. We can’t use the tv because the Netflix needs update,we tried everything and it doesn’t work. Even the housekeeping clean the room, it doesn’t smells clean. We enjoyed the bar in the rooftop.The location is really good.There’s no warning that the water boiler gets really hot even the handle.

Room is spacious, tidy and complete with necessities we need for our stay. The location is perfect. We are attending a conference in SM Aura and we could have not find a better hotel. It's super convenient.
