The room had no window and stank of cigarette smoke. No cleaning was done. The area is not good, but close to the center.

Accesible . But nee to change thier linens looks so old pillows are nit soft! Not recommended for family with childrens. Aircon not workin properly and slow wifi connection!

Nice place to stay if on a business trip in downtown manila accessible to major rail

Slow signal ng Wifi and food quality di po ganun ka ganda para lang binili siya sa tindahan po sa gilid. pero ung sabaw naman po nila is masarap at maanghang. manipis din ung wall kaya naririnig sa labas

Its nice to stay in this hotel so clean over all good..and the staff are all friendly and kind well mannered ..thank you to the SOGO management and staff..God bless

Dusty, needs to improve the cleaning, busted light, aircon remote broken cannot replace no extra,.. and the guest service to long the answer the call and Hindi ko narinig ung words na "thank you for waiting"

Staffs are very accommodating..they have a good service in their guest.trip has also a special discounts

To be frank l, Hotel Sogo is a chain of Sex hotel where people go to have quick sexual encounters. Not advised for people wanting a nice place to stay

The room was very clean. We thought it was the cleanest SOGO room we’ve ever been, the only disappointing thing is that there was parking space intended for cars, only for motorcycle. Over all, it was a nice experience. We’d surely come again. ❤️

It's my second time to stay in Sogo Hotel Avenida and I booked through trip.com and my staycation was awesome because hotel front desk staffs are really so kind and helpful whenever I called or reached to them they humble and politely help as I needed on time. It's enjoyable stay with more Joyful 😊

Stayed for 3 days. Very budget friendly and clean. If you just need the basic necessities, would recommend sogo. Photo not related
