Good nice.. nice place. Nice room nice food nice view i love this hotel

The location is great, just a few doors away from the BaBa House which just happen to be a lot more renovated and furnished and they charged $250 for the same period i stayed in at Hereen Palm Suites which cost me $105 via Trip.com. It is just 3 minutes walk to Jonker Street and is on the quieter side so you dont get bothered by car traffic and human yet is convenient enough to all the shops and eateries. The whole place has only 10 suites and the rooms are HUGE and clean. Bathroom is huge and water pressure is great and heater works very well, if i am to be picky, it will be complete if they have a bathtub and they should install some toilet hangers for the clothes when you shower. The room aircon is via concealed vents , so its well distributed compared to a standalone FCU unit. Aside from teh bed there is also a daybed in the room, which is comfy and great for lazing and watching the TV. The only flaw i can pick is the mini fridge was not working in my room. Outside of the room, i wish they can open the window in the common area/ corridor, as all the internal space are really not ventiated and they dont turn on the A/C, so you cannot really enjoy the common spaces. Overall, its super value for money and breakfast provided was quite good spread and tasty enough, no complains given that its complimentary. I would give it 8/10 rating.

Perfect location next to Jonker Street, parking available at the back of the property. Aircond was not cold throughout perhqps time to overhaul. Flooring was rather disturbing as will be noisy whenever step on it. Going up to the room will be challenging given it’s circular stairs something elderly nor walking challenging folk is no no

Location near Jonker Walk is great. Room is big and toilet is big too with modern fixtures .

Great location just beside the main Jonker area. Quite a lot of other heritage hotels and site around also.

Nice location (right behind the walking street) A little bit inconvenient if you drive/taking grab because the street in front of hotel is a bit narrow.

Overall it is good location easy to go all places . Excellent for family accommodation .

One of the front desk staff might be a little cold in receiving guest. On another day the front desk staff are much more friendly. But overall a good stay as it's near to town area. That's also mean the traffic is going to be bad and if you plan to Grab or order transportation to airport. Please buffer for extra time.

Very good location, with free parking is the best. 5min walk to Jonker Street..

While the staff was extraordinarily friendly and helpful, there were some issues with the room that affected my overall enjoyment of the stay. I was assigned room number 202, which unfortunately faced the road. At night, the noise from the road could be quite bothersome at times. I really hope the hotel management can take some measures to minimize the noise, as it affected my sleep quality. However, I must commend the staff at Heeren Palm Suites for their exceptional customer service. From the moment I checked in until the day of my departure, they were always welcoming, accommodating, and ready to assist with anything I needed. Their friendliness truly added to the positive aspects of my stay. The hotel itself boasts a charming atmosphere, with its historical architecture and tasteful décor. The room was clean and well-maintained, offering all the basic amenities one would expect in a hotel of this caliber. Additionally, the location is convenient, as it is situated near various tourist attractions and dining options. Despite the noise issue, I appreciate the effort of the hotel staff in ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay. If the noise problem can be addressed, I would gladly give Heeren Palm Suites Melaka a higher rating.

Place was great with great location.

Very nice room with a small balcony. Can see star at night and drink red wine 🍷. The staff is very helpful and friendly to all request. Breakfast is yummy, we are late for breakfast, but was impressed the staff let us still have fast grab breakfast .. thanks to all the staffs..

Great service, beautiful historical building. Some rooms are exposed to streets noise that can be annoying at night (not much hotels can do due to exhaust modified vehicles and close proximity to narrow old street). Experienced water leaking from ceiling in one of the room's bathroom. Hotel arranged to change room promptly. Otherwise, great value for walking distance to Jonker St.
